The “Teatro del Silenzio”, where Maestro Bocelli organizes a famous concert in summer, is only 23 kilometres far. The villa is just right for groups of friends or families who want to spend their holidays in the quiet of the countryside. The villa has about 30 hectares of land with numerous hiking tracks. The villa is surrounded by vast meadows and olive groves with garden furniture (barbeque) and swimming pool (16x5, 1.20/1.50m deep)(01/04-01/10).
