There is a spacious dining area, where an elegant glass topped table seats up to ten and provides an ideal spot for enjoying leisurely breakfasts or gathering everyone together for family suppers. A stylish and modern, well-equipped kitchen provides everything guests could need for a self-catering break with appliances such as a dishwasher, three ovens, a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a large fridge/freezer.
The five bedrooms are split over two floors. On the first floor, there is the master bedroom, with a super-king size double bed and a flat screen TV and it also benefits from its own en-suite shower room that comes complete with a walk-in double shower, a wash basin and a WC. There are two further double bedrooms on this floor, which both enjoy sea views and smart TVs. One of these two double bedrooms also has its own en-suite shower room. There is also a family bathroom that has been fitted with a spacious walk-in shower, a large double-ended bath, a huge wash hand basin and a WC.
On the ground floor, there is a nice sized bunk bedroom – a firm favourite with the children. This bedroom also has a wall-mounted TV and an en-suite shower room. The fifth bedroom is the downstairs double bedroom and is ideal for less mobile guests staying at the house.
Outside, the garden and stunning terrace can be accessed through sliding doors from the dining area and provides a large grass area that slopes down to the path that leads to the village of Woolacombe and its award-winning beach. There is a table and chairs and a gas BBQ, plus a hot shower, great for washing off the sand from boards and feet after a day in the surf. From the terrace guests can enjoy alfresco dinners whilst admiring the stunning sea views, or relaxing as the sun sets beyond the horizon.
