Why Zoe Bassett chose Easebourne

Fabulous views over Cowdray Park. We love watching the horses in the field opposite.

What makes this house unique

Feeling rural, opposite fields, yet being able to walk to the Market town of Midhurst ( rated no 8 in top places to live in The Times) and great handy shops only a short walk ( Cook and garage with great deli and wine). Fabulous walks from house inc along a river and to Cowdray castle.

Excellent country stay with kids

  • 5 of 5

We got together here with a group of friends all with kids and could not have asked for a better place to stay. The house is perfect, tasteful decor, great sized rooms, excellent backyard complete with trampoline and sandpit! And best of all the house had a playroom complete with endless toys and books. The kids had an absolute blast which meant the adults did too! Zoe was a great host and did everything to make sure we had a nice stay. She gave us some excellent recommendations which made our weekend perfect. Highly Recommend!

Spacious and comfortable house

  • 5 of 5

The house was ideal for our family group of 8 adults attending a wedding locally. There was plenty of space for everyone. The only shortcoming was a lack of any hanging space for our wedding clothes.

Lovely home & good for parties with small children

  • 5 of 5

Zoe and Adrian have a beautiful and spacious home, and we thoroughly enjoyed our short stay there. As they have a young family, the children in our group were allowed access to the vast array of toys and books and it certainly helped cut down on the amount of things we had to bring with us! The house is gorgeously decorated and in the heart of a lovely area, so commuting to local towns and beaches like West Wittering beach are very easy. We did some research into the area beforehand but Zoe was really helpful and came up with some wonderful recommendations for us which we followed. Both in the build-up and during our stay, Zoe and her husband were available by phone and email to help us out.
