The house is perfect for golfers and families, or groups of friends, looking for a central location to sample the many benefits of the town and wider 'East Neuk of Fife'.

Heart of The City

This stunning home has plenty of space for our family of four. It allowed us to entertain family and friends during graduation week. The pictures are good but the home is even better! Fun fact - there are 11 wine glasses! The location of this home is the absolute best. Martyn was very helpful with the few questions we had and was reached easily by phone and email.

This house is perfectly located in the heart of St. Andrews with parking right out front. For this reason alone I give it five stars. It is quite spacious and comfortable. Everything works well, even if it shows a bit of wear. I would definitely stay here again.

If you are going to St. Andrews for any reason and you don't stay at this property, you are missing out on enhancing your experience. This property is perfectly located to shopping, restaurants and short walks to everything in St. Andrews. Martyn, the owner, was a real pleasure to work with and everything went seamlessly. Warm cozy house, private parking and a great place to unwind after a day of exploring or golfing. I cannot say enough about this property, it helped to make our trip. Jeff and Mary Krapfl

Great property in the heart of St. Andrews

This was an ideal home for four golfers to share for a week. House had everything we needed and the location could not be beat. We did observe inconsistent wifi performance but this appeared to be consistent throughout the village regardless of one's access point.
