Located within easy walking distance of downtown Ketchum, Evergreen Apartments provides an ideal location for any guests looking to enjoy the Sun Valley vacation experience.

Entirely renovated in 2015, this two story unit provides beautiful garden views from the balcony off of the living room, or mountain views from the upstairs patio. The balcony is equipped with a BBQ and seating area for 6-8 in the summer months. Inside, the living room has a comfortable seating area for 4-5 surrounding a new 65' flat screen television.

The main floor provides a recently remodeled living area which leads to the outdoor patio and modern kitchen with all new LG appliances, hardwood flooring, carerra marble countertops, and dining/seating for 6-8 people. Both bedrooms are located upstairs. The first bedroom has a Queen size bed. The second bedroom has Bunk Beds with a Full over Twin. Both rooms have access to a full bath.

This property also has a washer and dryer located in a separate laundry room for guest convenience. Pets considered and smoking not permitted.

In the Heart of Ketchum

What a beautifully remodeled townhome in a great location. We visited over Christmas and loved to ability to walk to the River run lodge for skiing and downtown Ketchum for dinner. In the summer the location would also be great. The Big Wood River is just one block away and the bike path literally is in the back yard for easy access all over Ketchum. The two bedroom unit easily sleeps a family of 6 but there is only one bathroom (although it is brand new). The owners were very nice and attentive. I would stay here any time. It is the best value in the valley. Its great to be in the heart of the action. It was also nice to have laundry facilities available.
