Perfect for a retreat!

  • 5 of 5

My group and I had a wonderful time at the log home in the cabin! We had 16 people with enough space, bathrooms, and more to accommodate all of us comfortably! The set up was perfect for our split boys/girls rooms and there are plenty of meetings areas for separate group times, plenty of tabletop room for everyone to eat together, and so much outdoor space to explore or just relax in. This was an awesome getaway. There's WIFI if needed. The kitchen was well stocked with enough plates/utensils/cookware - we brought extra sheet pants for our own use but other than that the kitchen had some oil and basic seasonings! So if you are fancy with seasonings and what not bring your own! Also extra dish soap and maybe an extra sponge would be helpful to bring just in case! But both were provided for us. The hot tub was amazing for our occasional dips in, and if you turn the lights off, there are plenty of stars to see at night! There's a lot of outdoor area activities as well with various sports equipment available for whatever fun you want to have (football, baseballs/mitts, badminton, ping pong, basketball, volleyball, etc)!

For us, we got instructions from the property manager on the way up the driveway. My friend checked in for me but it sounds like thorough instructions were given about how to check in/out and what was asked of us. Nothing too complicated and easy enough to follow!

Would definitely come back to the log home again!!

Also, we only used the log cabin but if we had a bigger group, the bunk house right across the backyard seems to be an awesome addition if needed!

Absolutely beautiful location and well maintained house and surrounding area.

We attended in Jan for a leadership retreat with 20 adults and there was plenty of space for all of us. The house was spacious yet cozy. We had an amazing time and are definitely thinking of coming back.

Amazing views and great fun!

  • 5 of 5

We stayed for a 3 night 4 day retreat and enjoyed every minute of our stay! It was extremely comfortable in every regard - A/C and heating, comfy couches, and stocked with plenty of kitchen appliances and tools. We had around 25 people fit comfortably and there was a lot of outdoor space to run around, play, and reflect as well. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating to our needs. Couldn't have asked for much better and we'll definitely be coming back in the summer!

Awesome House!

  • 5 of 5

Stayed here with 3 other couples for a weekend getaway and the house was fantastic. Plenty of room. Located on a hill the views were spectacular, we enjoyed everything about this property. The drive into Jackson was a little long but is well worth it. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely place w/ awesome views and all the amenities!

  • 5 of 5

We had a really incredible time here! The property is huge and the houses are beautiful and secluded. Tons and tons of beds, really nice common spaces and outdoor areas to hang out. Steve was a wonderful host and the view is amazing in all directions. Would definitely love to come back!

Wonderful Rental!

  • 5 of 5

This is a wonderful cabin on an absolutely one-of-a-kind property! Imagine a well-kept log cabin set on top of a hill with a wrap-around porch and 360-degree views of the golden hills of northern California! Our group of 20 loved the views, the solitude, the opportunities for exploring the area, and so much more. We went on a 2+ mile hike one afternoon and never left the property! It's got all the amenities and is just a great rental. The owners live just down the hill and were available (though we didn't need anything because everything just worked). Oh, and did we mention the hot tub is awesome? Thanks for a great weekend! We're already looking forward to coming back!
