Our regency town house is located between Brighton Station and the seafront within the Clifton Hill conservation area renowned for its period architecture.
The fashionable quirky 'Laines' shopping area, with its café bar culture as well as the main shopping mall are within a few minutes walk.
The seafront can be seen from the house at the bottom of the road where you will also find the new i360 viewing tower on the beach.
There are many wonderful bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk.
The house itself is of the highest standard , you will find everything you need for a comfortable stay including dishwasher , washing machine ,fridge, freezer, flat screen TV , wifi, dining seats for up to ten guests, fully equipped kitchen etc.
We provide comfortable beds. ALL OUR BEDS ARE FOR SINGLE SLEEPERS.
Unlike many properties we don't expect guests to share beds.

The house has three bedrooms , two luxury bathrooms, kitchen dinner , lounge with Juliette balcony and a court yard garden.
The bathrooms are what you would expect to find in a five star hotel , tiled floor to ceiling in soft greys with Villeroy Boch suites.
The smart black wrought iron fence and Juliette balcony with black and white chequered path tiles are striking as you approach the property. Step inside and you will find the interior is immaculately decorated with all fixtures and fitting of the highest standards.
There is plenty of seating in the kitchen diner as well as the comfortable lounge.
This house is both funky and elegant and the location is fantastic , no need for a car here.
All of the wonderful things Brighton has to offer are at your fingertips , great nightlife the lovely beach/seafront , bars/ restaurants aplenty , shopping , theatres etc
