About the property

Regency town house right in the city centre & moments from the beach.

Our regency town house is located between Brighton Station and the seafront within the Clifton Hill conservation area renowned for its period architecture.

The fashionable quirky 'Laines' shopping area, with its café bar culture as well as the main shopping mall are within a few minutes walk.

The seafront can be seen from the house at the bottom of the road where you will also find the new i360 viewing tower on the beach.

There are many wonderful bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk.

The house itself is of the highest standard , you will find everything you need for a comfortable stay including dishwasher , washing machine ,fridge, freezer, flat screen TV , wifi, dining seats for up to ten guests, fully equipped kitchen etc.

We provide comfortable beds. ALL OUR BEDS ARE FOR SINGLE SLEEPERS.

Unlike many properties we don't expect guests to share beds.

Bedroom 1: Quad (2 singles 1 extremely sturdy adult bunk)

Bedroom 2: Quad (4 singles)

Bedroom 3: Double (1 extremely sturdy adult bunk)

We also have three quality sofa beds (sleeps 3)

The house has three bedrooms , two luxury bathrooms, kitchen dinner , lounge with Juliette balcony and a court yard garden.

The bathrooms are what you would expect to find in a five star hotel , tiled floor to ceiling in soft greys with Villeroy Boch suites.

The smart black wrought iron fence and Juliette balcony with black and white chequered path tiles are striking as you approach the property. Step inside and you will find the interior is immaculately decorated with all fixtures and fitting of the highest standards.

There is plenty of seating in the kitchen diner as well as the comfortable lounge.

This house is both funky and elegant and the location is fantastic , no need for a car here.

All of the wonderful things Brighton has to offer are at your fingertips , great nightlife the lovely beach/seafront , bars/ restaurants aplenty , shopping , theatres etc

Fantasic house, Superb location

As a group of 9, we feel like we struck gold with this property. It was very cleaan, well decoraded, and a perfect size for us all. The owner was a real pleasure to communicate with, and was super efficient when I had any questions/queries.

The Location was EXCELLENT, a 5 minute walk to the shops, a 10 minute walk to the beach, and in ever direction you are inundated with restaurants and bars.

Very sad it was only a 2 day break, but I am very sure we will all be back next year.

Really lovely house & lovely host

Kathryn answered all my questions so quickly (there were a LOT of questions and she was lovely each time)

The house itself is lovey and has everything you need (except bath towels which we forgot, so do remember to pack these) it is right next door to a laundrette which was really good when one of our party spilt food down her dress :)

Its a small walk into everything central & just a really lovely home from home. Will be booking again if we ever need somewhere to stay in Brighton

Wonderful house - perfect size - beautifully clean

11 of us stayed for a hen weekend. The house was absolutely perfect, it was spotlessly clean and the fact it was all single beds was ideal as a lot of the girls didn’t know each other in advance. Perfect location as we could walk into Brighton and the owners were very accommodating and flexible on arrival and departure times which was really helpful. It is always stressful booking for such a large group so when I walked in I was absolutely thrilled as I knew the girls would love it. Thank you so much, we had a lovely weekend and I would not hesitate to book again or recommend for any groups going to Brighton.

Fun, Modern, Clean and Cosy Stay! - PERFECT FOR LARGE GROUPS!

First time planning an event for a large group of people and Kathryn was incredible! She helped me with any problems or questions I had and responded so quickly! When I arrived I recieved a warm welcome and everything was explained clearly, so no stone was left unturned. The location was easy to find and close to everything. A lot of my friends drove and there was a convenient secure car park nearby. The house itself was clean and had all the amenities you would need. Cosy beds and various spaces you can chill in. Would go back for sure! Can't thank them both enough.
