Pueblo Patricia Appt. 'A'
Two virtually identical apartments with air conditioning to both bedrooms,
Under ten minutes drive from Murcia Airport and about ten minutes walk to the sandy, Blue Flag beach.
Each apartment sleeps 4/6 people and has a balcony, with table and chairs overlooking a large communal pool and gardens. Equipped and furnished to a very high standard with one double and one twin bedroom, a full size double sofa-bed, two bathrooms, one with bath and bidet, both with shower and w.c. Dining table extends to seat six. Fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, extractor, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, etc.
Each apartment also has the benefit of English Freeview Television Programmes
Los Alcazares: Under ten minutes drive from Murcia/San Javier Airport which has frequent flights to and from London Stansted and many other UK and European cities. Alicante airport offers alternative flights and is less than one hour's drive away. Los Alcazares was named after the palaces that stood in medieval times and is still unspoiled, retaining much of its original Spanish charm. Many of the narrow streets lead directly to the 7 kilometre, sandy, Blue Flag, gently sloping beach and there are plenty of beach bars and restaurants providing a wide range of cuisine. Offering a non-package-tour environment Los Alcazares, with its wonderful all year round climate, has something for all seasons and year-round weekly markets offer fresh produce from the region, which typically enjoys 320 days of glorious sunshine per year.
Mar Menor: Los Alcazares sits on the Mar Menor, a unique inland sea, separated from the Mediterranean by a narrow, 22 kilometre long strip of land called La Manga. The Mar Menor, only 7 metres deep at its deepest point, has an average water temperature of a warm 22 degrees in the summer, making it a paradise for bathers and water-sports enthusiasts. The area also offers opportunities for horse-riding, tennis and other activities, and no less than seven golf courses can be found within a short drive from Los Alcazares town.
The mineral-rich water of the Mar Menor is revered for its health-giving properties and the town still has thermal baths which have existed since Roman times. The fertile countryside exhibits evidence of ancient Moorish occupation, and year-round weekly markets offer fresh produce from the region, which typically enjoys 320 days of glorious sunshine per year.
Getting There: Getting There:
Murcia: Flights from most U.K. airports by Budget Airline operators
Alicante: Regular flights from most UK International Airports by both Budget and Scheduled Airlines .
Car Hire: Car hire is not essential as the Town and Beach are within easy walking distance, but cars can be rented on arrival at either Murcia or Alicante airports or reserved on line prior to arrival.

Newly refurbished, clean apartment with good pool facilities. Owners and site manager extremely helpful.
Thank you Debbie and we hope to see you back next year
The apartment is one of the best we have stayed in. Good location, beautifully furnished.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay as always. First time in this property but not our first in El Divino complex. The apartment was beautifully furnished, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and we wouldn't hesitate to book here again. Los Alcazares is a great holiday destination and the apartment is handy for supermarkets and all the restaurants which cater for every taste.
What a FABULAS place. The apartment was clean bright & very comfortable. Great swimming pool & not far from the beach. We will defiantly go back. Thank you.
Perfectly located, lovely place to have a holiday.
Stayed in August 2018. Photos don’t do it justice as the palms have grown and provide welcome shade around the pool area. Apartment overlooks the pool but set just slightly to the side making it quieter. The pool and gardens are so well maintained and a lifeguard kept a close eye on the children at all times. The pool was lovely and warm. The town is a pleasant walk away, even the teens didn’t complain about the distance! The town square is pretty, clean and felt very safe. Lovely choice of restaurants all the way down to the beach, lots are very reasonably priced with loads of choice for fussy children! In the evenings there are markets stalls and some street entertainment which was ample for us and lots of bargains to be had if you like ‘genuine fakes’. The supermarket is also in the square or it’s a short walk to Lidl. The beach is well maintained and the water is calm and so warm! Lovely promenade and lots of big villas to dream about owning! We braved the funfair one night, it doesn’t start until 9:30pm which was a challenge for our nine year old but we had great fun, the rides were reasonably priced and lasted longer than we thought they would. We managed to walk to Los Narejos for the Saturday market which was interesting but a bit daunting for the kids, noisy, police there.
Our apartment was good but not really suitable for five people. Air conditioning is only in the bedrooms, but there is a fan for the living area. We struggled with changing money all the time for Euro coins to put in to the air conditioning meter. This actually cost quite a lot during our very warm week and was a bit of a pain. The sofa pulls out in to a bed but there is no way your could sleep in the lounge in hot weather so our youngest slept on the sofa cushions on the floor next to our bed! (Good job he’s small) The kitchen needs attention, the owners could do with an inventory so that they are aware of some of the things that need replacing and the cleaners could do with wiping some of the drawers and cupboards from time to time. Cutlery sticky, cupboard door falling off. Bathrooms immaculate and so handy having two! Bit weird sleeping under duvet covers, but you certainly don’t need any more in August! Great balcony, able to dry towels and cossies and sit out. Good to have chairs to take down to pool. Such an easy place to travel to, just got a taxi from the airport for 15 euros, is it true they are closing Murcia airport? Alicante not far and would still return
We are so sorry that you found these slight problems and I have today addressed your complaint with the cleaners. Bill and I work for several weeks at the end of each season to ensure that the property is immaculate and running well so rest assured these points will be fully addressed and resolved for the future
Many thanks for your valuable input
Great apartment in a good location
The apartment and complex were great. We stayed in the other apartment previously and both are very well maintained. The furniture was modern and the apartment was bright and in a good location on the complex, it also had everything we needed for our party of 5. The resort is just a short walk away (4 mins) and it has some great places to eat and drink, in particular Hemingways, Curry Leaf and Little Sicily. The beach (from the apartment is 10 mins away) and it is a great beach for families with small children. We would definitely come back to these apartments again.
Thank you Caroline for the lovely review
We look forward to seeing you again

Spotless and very well equipped. Local rep was there to meet us as we arrived and showed us into the apartment and how everything worked. Gardens around complex were fab. Five minutes from all the restaurants etc and a further five to beautiful beaches. From booking to leaving, everything was seamless. Only downside was any white clothes we washed came out yellow - not sure if it’s the water but safer not to wash your whites.
Thank you for the nice review. The washing turning yellow is not the water its the result of wearing sunscreen. It turns your clothes yellow.
The pedestrian plaza, 200 metres from the apartment offers numerous restaurants, bars, shops, hairdressers and beauticians and has free Wi-Fi throughout the plaza. (Pictures on Site)
There are various supermarkets within walking distance, Mercadona in the Plaza and to the left Lidl & Consum.
The apartments are situated close to the original old fishing town of Los Alcazares, which, in turn is about 24kms from Murcia town and 24kms from Cartagena, both old Moorish cities well worth visiting for their shops, architecture and history.
A twenty minute drive will take you to La Zenia Boulevard's vast shopping complex. (www.zeniaboulevard.es)
There are no less than seven golf courses (four of international standard) within 30 minutes drive, to cater for all handicap levels.
However if you want to kick back and relax, everything you will need is within walking distance and there is no need to hire a car.
Prices fully inclusive of electricity, linen, towels (not beach), 'Meet & Greet' and escort to apartment. Saturday changeover, flexible dates (short notice or low season -subject to availability). Negotiable rates for long low-season lets. We can arrange for you and your party to be colleted at Murcia airport taken to the apartment and returned to the airport at the end of your stay by our rep.
