This end of terrace house is perfectly located right in the centre of town, tucked down a quiet alleyway. It has a spacious bedroom upstairs as well as a large bathroom. Downstairs there is an open plan living room with stove and a stylish kitchen. The downstairs room has a kitchen at one end with cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and is a mixture of vintage furniture and free standing pieces. It has a solid wood floor and a woodburning stove to light on chilly days. We have furnished the house with a mixture of antiques and retro furniture so expect G Plan classic tables and Victorian coatstands. There is a comfy 2 seater sofa as well as a vintage desk in case you want to catch up on emails. Upstairs the bedroom has a very comfy double bed with feather topper and feather and down pillow and duvets. The bedding is all Egyptian cotton and we use Irish blankets. The bathroom has a separate walk in shower and slipper bath for a good soak. We hope to provide everything you need for a super comfy stay in Kenmare.

About Kirstin Knell
I'm a busy mum of 3 young children who enjoys refurbishing holiday homes and giving people really great holidays. We have 3 homes in Kenmare all next to each other and this property is the most recent addition.
Kirstin Knell purchased this House in 2015
Why Kirstin Knell chose Kenmare
I love this house partly because of its location right in the heart of the town. The best restaurants are a minute's walk away but still the house is set back from the main road. The space is perfect for 2 and I've tried to make it like a little boutique hotel suite right in the centre of town. There's feather and down duvets and pillows, egyptian cotton sheets and antique and retro furniture. We've got Irish woollen blankets and a stove to light on winter evenings. Vintage Irish travel posters are on the walls.

Smashing wee place!
Lovely little apartment for a short break in Kenmare. Very comfortable. Great wee village for eating and drinking out in pubs and restaurants. Loved it
Great location in the centre of town - well equipped - great bathroom.
Spent 3 enjoyable days at this property - could have used a microwave and a freezer box in the fridge would have been handy.Hope
Great location, nicely fitted, convenient to downtown and the Ring of Kerry and the National park. Ocean is a short drive. No complaints whatsoever.
Neat, clean, tidy, convenient
Excellent stay. Very comfortable for us as a couple. Housekeeper Julia welcomed us warmly and ensured that all was right upon check in. Very convenient to the main streets of Kenmare. Short walk to free overnight parking. Good launching point for several day trips in Cork and Kerry Counties.
Wonderful! Everything was great! We will be back and stay longer.
Home was awesome and so ready for us. Housekeeper was a great help getting us settled. Kenmare was so friendly and we were very at home. WE will be back and stay longer. Owners gave us a guide of what to do and where, it was great!
Perfect location and wonderful accommodation.
This cozy and beautifully furnished flat tucked down a little lane off the busy street was absolutely charming. From the comfy bed with luxurious soft sheets and pillows to the lovely big soaker bathtub it made for a wonderful one week stay. The weather was cool so every night after a busy day of shopping, dining out and sight seeing we relaxed by a warm fire. Kristen has given every attention to detail and the little kitchen is fully equipped with e everything you might require to prepare a meal. Julia, the housekeeper gave us a warm Irish welcome and made sure we knew how to operate the washer and DVD player and was always available if we needed anything. This accommodation truly exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay here again.
