Nice place but needs some definite improvements
This is the third time we have stayed at the Adagio. We love the location and the enjoy having the pools and the size of the units. While upon first inspection, the condo looked very clean. There were nice touches like the welcome box in kitchen and bathrooms. However, on the second night we saw a huge cockroach in the kitchen. It scurried under the wine fridge. We found a smaller one in the kitchen drawer two days later. We did have some issues with two of the televisions not working in the rooms and they made that right. But the thing that needs even more attention is the fact that on the fourth night we came back from dinner only to be locked out of our unit. We entered our door code several times with no luck. We called the number provided by 360 Blue if there are issues, specifically if customers get locked out of their rooms. I called no less than 15x and left three voicemails. We never got a return phone call until the following morning . That is unacceptable to me. Finally, after over an hour and with the Adagio guard trying to help us to the best of his ability (he was limited because this was not an Adagio owned property), my husband used a credit card to get into our room. It took 30 seconds to enter the room with a credit card! While that was our saving grace that night, it worried us about leaving our belongings in the room while at the beach or away. We most likely won’t stay at a 360 Blue rental again. They need to work on the issues listed.
