Looking for a high-end-hotel-like experience? You've come to the right listing. This large, modern 1,500 square foot condo was completely remodeled in 2014. It features floor-to-ceiling windows, custom teak cabinetry, marble bathrooms, designer furniture, and amazing treetop views with the Santa Monica Mountains as a backdrop. Lighting and motorized shades are controlled by a home automation system that makes changing the mood as easy as pressing a button. The oversized living room features a 70" LCD 3D TV with theater sound, a PS3, Nintendo WII, and Apple TV. All A/V equipment is hidden away in a dedicated closet. The master bedroom has a California King bed with latex mattress. The second bedroom can transform into an office via a custom queen sized murphy bed (with real mattress) which disappears into a beautiful teak paneled wall in seconds. The master bath features an in-ceiling rainfall shower, while the guest bath has a rainfall shower/tub combo. The kitchen is equipped with built-in Miele and Gaggenau appliances including a Miele coffee machine, which makes fresh ground espresso and coffee with the press of a button. A laundry room is adjacent to the unit. Weekly maid service is provided and includes laundering of sheets and towels. Perfect for those looking for short term, luxury, hotel-style accommodations.

'The Marina,' as Marina Del Rey is often referred to by locals, is located just south of Venice. It's close to the action, yet removed enough for peace and quiet. The apartment is exactly one mile from the portion of Abbott Kinney Street which GQ named the 'coolest block in America.' With famed restaurants, food trucks, eclectic shops, art galleries, and a few hip watering holes, there is plenty to keep you entertained. Approximately three miles north of the condo is downtown Santa Monica with its own unique vibe and set of options.
Bus and train service is best planned out online (search 'LA MTA' for the website). A bicycle is a great option for getting around locally. ÜberX is very affordable, always close by, and is a good option for both short and longer trips.
30 day minimum stay is required.
