About Janet Smith
We have been vacationing in HH for over 12 years. We love walking or biking on the beach, playing tennis, or just relaxing. The vacation atmosphere and beauty of the Island make it the perfect get-away.
Janet Smith purchased this House in 2011
Why Janet Smith chose Sea Pines
We purchased this house because of it's location, comfortable feeling and spaciousness. We look forward to many years of enjoying it with family, friends, and we hope, you.
What makes this House unique
The house is set on a half acre lot which gives it a very private feeling. It backs on to the Heron Point Golf Course and is just 1/2 mile from the beach, Nature Preserve, and the Lawton Stables. Tupelo Rd is a quiet street with the beach bike path right there. There is a large front yard to enjoy, or a beautiful pool and deck in the back yard. We have beach chairs and an umbrella for your use. Whatever you choose to do, you will love Hilton Head Island.

Wonderful relaxing getaway
What a wonderful property. How was well equipped. Backyard was beautiful and pool was perfect. Large and accommodating house. Plenty of items in kitchen. We used the highchair and pack n play. I echo the comments about the doors to the rooms. They are not solid doors and you can hear everything through the house. Fortunately, we brought white noise machines for the rooms which helped the kiddos mostly stay awake. We spent mornings in the sun room with the baby to minimize disruption to the toddler. Note, there’s a VHS player and several movies and we watched Lion King with the toddler and it was amazing. Don’t worry, we made sure to rewind for the next visitor. 😉 It was incredibly relaxing and we can’t wait to return next year.
2nd time :)
Love this house. Great location, room for the whole fam.
We've been vacationing in Sea Pines for over 30 years, and we've stayed in various properties throughout the resort in all the years my family have been going. This property ranks as one of our favorite properties that we have stayed in! The home is tucked away on a quiet street with a golf course behind the back yard, so you won't have to worry about noise, with the exception of a few golfers going by during the day. When we were there, we spent a lot of time in the amazing sunroom! It's a great place to hang out during the day. The only negative I can say to this property is the mattress in the master is supremely firm, so if you are used to softer mattresses this will be difficult to sleep on. Of course if you enjoy firmer mattresses this will feel great! Other than that, my family and I loved this property and can't wait to go back.
Hilton Head vacation week
The property is close to the beach and is kept up well. The jewel for our kids is the pool. Much easier to walk right outside the door to the pool rather than gather everything to
together for a community pool. Owners are easy to access and are ready to help where it is needed. Really enjoy being in Sea Pines. The trip was incredible once again.
Wonderful week at the beach!
This is our second time staying at this property, and everything was as great as the first stay! The home is in an amazing location, quick bike ride to the beach. The backyard area and pool is perfect for relaxing. Plenty of space inside for our family to spread out, kitchen well stocked with everything you need for preparing meals. Owners are very quick to respond with any questions. As long as the property is available as a rental, I can't see us staying anywhere else. Looking forward to planning our next trip!
