Situated within the secure Zenia Sol II Urbanization of La Zenia resort and ideally located within easy walking distance to all local bars, restaurants, supermarkets, Zenia Boulevard shopping centre and beaches makes this apartment an ideal holiday home for families, couples and friends.

Access to the apartment is via a stairway to the balcony terrace with bistro set and with an open outlook open toward parkland.

The main living area is ´L´ shaped and comprises lounge, dining area and pine fitted galley style kitchen.

The lounge is bright, spacious and tastefully furnished with two very comfortable settees, sideboard, coffee table and flat screen television. Air conditioning is provided.

The dining area which is ideally placed near to the kitchen provides a modern glass topped dining table with 4 high back leather dining chairs.

The pine fitted kitchen is amply equipped with all you will require during your stay with fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave and Bosch washing machine.

Both the double and twin bedrooms provide fitted wardrobes. Air conditioning is installed in the double bedroom and a floor standing fan is provided for the twin bedroom.

The family bathroom offers bath with over shower, toilet, bidet and vanity basin, giving storage for toiletries. An electric point is also available.

The large private roof solarium is accessed via the kitchen and provides 2 sunbeds, a 4-piece bistro set, parasols and a chimney style coal bbq.

To ensure that you still enjoy your favourite tv programs whilst on holiday, a cable tv system is installed offering all the mainstream UK channels, children´s channels, movie channels, music channels and many more. A dvd players is also provided which of course will also play cds.

The urbanization provides a communal swimming pool so that you may cool down if needed and is only a few metres walk from the apartment.

Good location to bars and restraunts home from home

Would definitely recommend this apartment, bars, restraunts and food shopping on your doorstep with added bonus of a taxi rank very close by. The air conditioning very good in bedroom and front room to which you need in the hotter days, washing machine works well everything you need for home from home comforts you also have english tv . Will most definitely be visiting again Georgina was very helpful especially if your arriving early and leaving late evening she will do her best to accommodate your travel plans for arriving and leaving .

Relaxing

One or two little thing we're a miss such a it's very Hot in the afternoon and there was no way you could sit for long on the Balcony or Solarium as there was no cover . The Pillows were like Rocks so luckily the Boulevard is very close so we bought a few new ones. Otherwise it was great Spotlessly clean and very convenient to the Beach ,Supermarket and Restaurants/ Bar's.

Pillow comfort however is personal to each individual and unfortunately you found those supplied uncomfortable. The five resorts along the beautiful stretch of the Orihuela Costa boast Punta Prima, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig and Campoamor.

La Zenia itself is in the heart between the popular resort of Playa Flamenca and the vibrant resort of Cabo Roig. It also provides very easy access to the both the AP7 (Autopista) motorway and the N332 coastal road.

La Zenia is a very popular resort with much to offer, likely the reason why many tourists return year after year and, unless you wish to travel further afield, there is no need to hire a vehicle as the majority of local amenities are within a few minutes walk.

The village itself offers a good choice of 2 large supermarkets, shops, banks, café bars and restaurants, a small commercial centre and an abundance of entertainment.

Within 10 minutes walk from the apartment is the fabulous shopping centre of Zenia Boulevard, the largest in the province of Alicante and a must to visit both day and evening. There are over 5000 free car parking spaces and over 150 shops including Zara, Stradivarius, Mango, Blanco, Pandora, Swarovski, Primark, H&M, C&A, Druni, AlCampo, Decathalon, Leroy Merlin, Cuplé, Nichi Seijo, Geox, Guess, Lefties, Bershka, and many more. You will also find beauty salon, hairdresser and a sports/keep fit centre with pool. For entertainment value there is a fabulous play area for children, a bowling alley, games arcade and a casino. Open every day it provides live entertainment virtually daily on the courtyard either to watch or interact. There are many, ice-cream parlours, cafés and an excellent choice of restaurants, great for lunch or an evening.

A few moments walk from the Zenia Boulevard is the popular Saturday street market and is open from early morning until mid afternoon. For those who have never visited a Spanish street market you are sure to have an enjoyable experience. Available to buy are locally produced fresh fruit and vegetables, hams, breads, cakes, flowers, plants, leathers, toys, ladies and gents wear, shoes, sports wear, football strips and so much more. There are also places to stop for refreshments and snacks.

Beaches: There are so many beautiful beaches along the Orihuela Costa, the majority having been awarded the blue flag in recognition of safety, cleanliness and facilities and each worth a visit. Zenia Sol II is just a short walking distance to the 3 fabulous beaches of La Zenia where there are very good facilities to enjoy including sun beds, parasols, a serviced beach bar, toilets, wifi, beach games, water sports and more. The beaches of Playa Flamenca and Cabo Roig are only a few minutes further along the coastline.

Coastal pathway: The coastal pathway stretches from Punta Prima to Campoamor and is accessible from all beaches along the way. A very enjoyable walk with magnificent Mediterranean views and a great way

to visit the neighbouring beaches of Cabo Roig and Playa Flamenca.

Should you enjoy biking, then there is a excellent bike path which runs along the N332 coastal road. An excellent way to visit other resorts. There are many bike hire shops in and around the area with a good range of cycles.

The local outdoor Go Kart track which is only a few minutes drive along the N332 at Playa Flamenca, provides kids and adult karts and quad bikes. An inflatable toy area is also provided for younger children.

The main town of Torrevieja, once a fishing port, has so many lovely restaurants and coffee bars. There is also a fabulous promenade, marina, shopping centre, water park, cinema, 10-pin bowling and much more and is only a 15 minute drive away from La Zenia. Every evening during the high and mid seasons you will find an abundance of small market stalls providing local craft and other goods on offer along the front. You can also find a very informative Tourist Information Centre near to the stalls.

Golf: Should golf be your passion then within 4 kilometres are 3 superb courses at Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor and there are many others to choose from just a little further afield.

Should you wish to venture further afield there are scenic views driving south, along the beautiful Mar Menor coastline which stretches from San Pedro to La Manga. Alternatively heading north towards Alicante you will find the very attractive sandy beaches of Guardamar, La Marina and other resorts which are definitely worth a visit.
