Casa muy equipada y tranquila, ideal amigos y familias con niños

Las Casas Del Olivar (Villa Nogal) es una casa de reciente construccion (final 2015 inicio 2016) de una planta ubicada en una finca rustica de 4500 m de olivos con una parcela de 1000 m. en su interior donde se ubica una acogedora casa. Esta distribuida en 3 dormitorios (2 con camas de matrimonio y otro con 2 camas individuales) 1 cuartos de baño completo (bañera, bide water, lavabo), cocina (horno, vitro, lavadora, lavavajillas, frigorifico, microondas, etc, vajillas, cubiertos, menaje ...
riado, pequeños electrodomesticos), salòn comedor con TV LED con satelite y porche cubierto con mesa y 6 sillones. La casa esta totalmente climatizada con frio/calor en cada una de sus estancias. Dispone de conexion a internet y wifi. TV satelite conectada al satelite Astra (verificar segun vuestro pais los canales en abierto que emiten a traves de este satelite) Complementa la vivienda un garaje cubierto y un barbacoa. Si vuestra idea es viajar con niños disponemos de una preciosa zona del jardin con un gran arenero, columpios y algunos juguetes. La zona de jardin (practicamente toda la parcela) dispone de una cuidada zona de cesped que bordea la terraza de la piscina de 7.5x3.5 de lamina de agua. Hacia esta zona se orienta el porche cubierto de la casa y se ubica el barbacoa (dispone de lavabo, plancha a gas etc). Dentro del jardin existen pàlmeras de gran porte, olivos centenarios, cipreses y plantas de jardin variadas. La piscina dispone de equipo de depuracion y luces, el jardin tiene riego automatico (estos extremos hacen que no sea necesario ningun mantenimiento en una ocupacion normal durante 1 semana lo que supone una gran privacidad para los huespedes). Toda la parcela tiene una amplia iluminiacion exterior que hace que las noches en el exterior con el clima de esta parte de España, sean fabulosas para comidas en el exterior, baños, etc. La casa esta surtidas de ropa de cama y toallas. Asi como mobiliario de jardin ( hamacas, etc). En la terraza de la piscina hay una fabulosa cama balinesa tipo chill out con cortinas y cojines rojos. Esta casa es nueva de este año y aun no tengo comentarios de viajeros, pero puedes visitar la otra casa que tengo que tiene muchos comentarios para tener mas tranquilidad a la hora de reservar. www.homeaway.es/p1072674 El acceso a la casa esta totalmente asfaltado, teniendo solo que desviarse de la carretera comarcal 100 m. La finca se encuentra justo en el limite entre Alhaurin el Grande (6 km) y Alhaurin de la Torre (8 km) pueblos que disponen de todos los servicios, (supermercados, bares, restaurantes, farmacias, gasolineras, etc). Asi mismo nos encontramos a unos 20 km de Málaga y su aeropuerto y a unos 20/30 minutos de las principales playas de la Costa del Sol (Torremolinos, Fuengirola, Mijas, Marbella, etc). O sea podeis estar en la piscina o en la playa pero sin el agobio de la costa en verano. La casa se ubica a la falda de la Sierra de Mijas y a solo unos 500 m del campo de golf Laurogolf. La casa es totalmente privada y muy tranquila. La casa es ideal para estancias durante todo el año pues los dias soleados son los predominantes y las temperaturas son muy agradables en esta zona pues esta cerca del mar y protegida de los vientos por las sierras cercanas. Podreis disfrutar de comidas, lecturas, conversaciones al aire libre practicamente todo el año.

Excellent holiday!

We spent 2 weeks staying here during August 2017.

The gated garden makes it a very secure place for kids to play. Pool is great and the house has been decorated to a high standard. Perfect place to wind down, read books and play card games.

A car is required here, to get to Alhaurin de la Torre, or just beyond, the picturesque Mijas - up a steep, winding road to the top of the hill, where we spent 3 or 4 evenings enjoying the restaurants and the view. There's a Lidl down the hill on the way to Malaga for all food requirements.

Butterfly house in Benalmadena is worth the trip, and the other direction we enjoyed the Botanic gardens to the North of Malaga ( Jaradin Botanico - Historico La Conception ). Further beyond, the caves at Nerja are worth the drive.

Beautiful home with everything you need

We met the host at a nearby golf course - we followed him up to the villa and were nervous - hoping it would be like the photos. When we were outside waiting for the electric gates to open and reveal an absolutely stunning villa in an idyllic setting we were over the moon. Antonio was a fantastic host, left us to it but was there when we wanted him. Even driving up and letting us follow him to an English bar so we could watch the football!!

Ideally situated 10mins away from supermarkets/nearest towns - 20mins form malaga/the airport - 30 mins to benalmadena and 35mins to Marbella!

These distances are in the car. You WILL need a car whilst you stay here but don't let that put you off. It's absolutely perfect. You can drive out for meals/drinks or stock up and sit outside watching the sunset from the 4 poster bed/hammock/outdoor dining area whilst looking out to the stunning hills and scenery.

Could not recommend this place enough.

Lovely place for down time

This is one of the best property we have stayed in via Owners Direct. Our stay was lovely and having Antonio close by was comforting and a peace of mind, although we did not need him at all during our stay as the property was very well equipped and clean. Everything we needed was there. The children loved the pool and the garden. The house layout is simple but well designed, ideal for a relaxing holiday. We have had an absolute blast and will definitely go back again when next in Malaga. Antonio warned us that the TV was not working however this did not matter as the children spent all of the time in the pool or the garden! The only thing you will need to look out for is making sure you have a car. Although the property is well located in land on the A404, you need a car to get around to the beaches, Aqualand or historical towns. Thank you Antonio for a lovely stay at your property and thank you for the welcoming wine and fresh fruits which kicked off our holiday in style :-)

Brilliant holiday and great facilities

This has been a brilliant place to stay. We are a family of 5 with three young children, everything you need is at the villa and even some toys for the kids. The pool is great and location is good. Would recommend to Any family. We will definitely return. Half an hour from the coast but recommend having a hire car as ours was essential.

Excellent villa, lovely pool area

Thank you Antonio for a lovely stay. The villa was spotless, well equipped, modern and very private. The air conditioning in all the rooms was very much appreciated. The pool area and terrace were fantastic and enjoyed the sun until late into the evening.

The Internet connection was great, much to the relief of my 2 boys. We didn't quite figure out the TV but that was no problem as we spent all our time outside.

Only 20 - 30 mins from Malaga airport and situated half way between 2 great towns both with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops.

As we arrived late Saturday night Antonio asked if we wanted him to get us any shopping, I sent him a list in advance and it was all there in the villa on our arrival.

A very enjoyable stay, I would definitely recommend this villa and would love to stay again - thanks Antonio

Perfect Getaway

Well located villa - in middle of quiet countryside but only 5mins to nearest town. 30mins to Mijas, coast or Malaga airport. Spotlessly clean and well resourced villa. Air-conditioning in all bedrooms and living room. Large outdoor area with pool that is large enough for most uses. Remote gait and fencing around which makes it secure enough to allow young children to roam freely. We arrived late on a Saturday night and Antonio contacted us in advance and offered to collect some basic shopping for us (he even refused to let us pay!). Would definitely consider staying here again!

'The houses of the olive grove' (Nogales) is located in a rural environment where peace, tranquility and relaxation are endless, but well connected. It is about 8 km. Alhaurin center of the tower and about 6 Alhaurin el Grande in these two villages typical can find, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, greengrocers, pharmacies and everything you need.

About 20/40 minutes drive are the best beaches on the Costa del Sol (Marbella, Torremolinos, Mijas, etc)

From the house there are excellent motorways to visit beautiful and monumental cities such as Malaga (20 minutes), Ronda (45 minutes), Granada (90 minutes), Seville (120 minutes) Cordoba (100 minutes).

Less than 5 minutes is Laurogolf golf course and spa-resort Sol-andalusi.
