VILLA OSTRIA
Set in an 11000 sq. m. olive grove 2km south of Lixouri, 200m from the Lepeda beach, villa Ostria-a two apartment house-has direct access to its private, sandy beach-50m- overlooking the gulf of Argostoli and a outdoor 32 square meters swimming pool surrounded by a lush garden looking out to a stunning view of the Ionian Sea.
Villa Ostria is modern, well maintained and equipped for family living. In addition to olive trees there are many other native tree and shrub species in the grounds. One apartment accommodates 4-5 (2 bedrooms) and the other 6-7 persons (3 bedrooms). Their kitchens are well equipped. Both have stunning views east towards the mountains and rising sun across Argostoli bay. Spacious outdoor garden with trees and a sitting area with a big table in the shade. The garden has also a superb view. A small playground for children is in the garden with swings and monkey bars. Pets are allowed. Car/taxi hire from the airport and escort to the villa can be arranged. Car, motor bike and bicycle hire is available in Lixouri. You will enjoy privacy and silence. Wi-Fi, airconditioning and barbeque are also provided.
Region
Lixouri with 3000 inhabitans in the southwest part of the island, is west of Argostoli across the bay. Argostoli, the capital of the island is connected by half hourly car ferries taking 25 mins. This part of the island has outstanding scenery, hills, sandy beaches, coastlines, villages, ports and archaeological sites, can all be reached by car or motor bike on day visits from villa Ostria. Local tavernas and restaurants offer excellent food. Lixouri has a range of food, general and specialist shops, banks and night clubs. Families and individuals can enjoy the widest range of mediterranean seaside activities. The mild mediterranean climate of the area, enables vacations in and out of season.

Heerlijk zwembad je loopt ook direct vanuit de tuin het water in.perfect rustgevend uitzicht.2 restaurants op korte loop afstand. En bij aankomst staat er heerlijke mousaka en wijn.bier.water en jus d orange klaar.
