Guests can also take advantage of the pool and condominium garden. The interior of the apartment, built with premium quality materials and finishes, features a contemporary, elegant and tasteful decoration, without neglecting the comfort. The train, less than 100m from the apartment, takes you to the historic center of Lisbon in 10 minutes or charming Sintra in about 20 minutes.

The space

Apartment bright T2 generous areas, a total of 140 m2. Extremely comfortable, is fully equipped to enjoy a great stay. Provided with an energy-efficient construction, designed to be sustainable, luxury condominium offers excellent conditions for guests, with a large garden, a pool and a panoramic view of the largest forest park of Lisbon: Monsanto. The apartment has a flat screen TV, WiFi, full kitchen.

Due to its proximity to the center of Lisbon (10 minutes by train), it has access to all points of historical, artistic, architectural and cultural interest, as well as a wide range of the most prestigious restaurants in the country, some of which are gastronomically recognized worldwide. even a wide range of nightlife.

Sintra, with its lovely gardens and stately palaces, is only 20 minutes by train.

Check in Home advises that the declaration of entry of foreign citizens to the SEF entering the country through a border not subject to control, coming from another Member State, is obligatory through delivery of Accommodation Bulletins.

The Check-In shall make this communication, but for this purpose it is mandatory to present an identification document, such as a passport or identity card and the following data:

- City where you born

- City where you live

- City where the passport was issued

The deadline for delivery of these bulletins is three working days, both for entry and exit of the foreign citizen. The deadline shall be for full days from the date of the accommodation or the departure, irrespective of the time at which the registration was made.

It is not compulsory to fill out and sign personal notes for both spouses and accompanying minors, as well as for all members of a travel group, and this obligation may be fulfilled by one of the spouses or by a member of that group.

The display of the identification and the registration of the data are obligatory to allow the lodging.

The personal data provided will be treated in strict confidence.


As of January 1, 2016, the Cascais authorities implemented a new city tax. This city tax is € 1 per person per night and is not included in the total price of your accommodation. It must be paid on arrival in cash.

This tax is charged for guests aged 13 years and over. You are subject to a maximum amount of € 7 per person.

In compliance with the Law, each guest will be asked to fill out an accommodation bulletin with all his / her data: name, date of birth, place of residence, passport number or other legally authorized document.

We ask that this procedure be fulfilled at checkin.

Apartamento de lujo con buena comunicación al centro

Apartamento de lujo, muy bien equipado, tanto cocina, como habitaciones y baño. Ideal para ir en familia. La estación de trenes esta muy cerca y hay muchos trenes al centro, llegando en sólo 10 minutos.

Espectacular apartamento. Un poco a las afueras pero en 5 minutos te pones con el tren que está justo al lado. Nos gustó todo. De los mejorcitos apartamentos y la atención de Jose, fenomenal recomendándonos sitios para visitar y comer.
