Come spend your dream holidays with your family or friends in our apartment, fitted for your best comfort. We have paid special attention to the decoration.

Private parking places for one car included.

Terrace and garden, according to your wishes of sun or shadow and a 180º view of the sea, through a vegetation full of flowers and pine trees

500 m away from the village's center; you can reach it by going for a nice walk along the sea.

Bandol has a lot of beaches. One of them is 150m far from the house. It is easy to reach the house thanks to a typical alley rimmed by a low wall made by stones and full of flowers.

Our visitors with babies do appreciate being on the first floor .. it is so easy when you have pushchairs or strollers !!

Small pets are welcomed.

Equipment for baby is available (small bed and stroller) ... so there is no need for clumsy luggages !!!

Sheets and towels (optional): Sheets and towel can be rented (must be required in advance) cost is 10 Euros for cleaning at the end of your stay

Our visitors also appreciate the many cupboards in each room to put one's belongings ... it helps to keep the place neat and tidy !!!

Beautiful setting, great apartment

The apartment is comfortable & as described with photos being a good representation of the accommodation. It is well equipped & we did not want for anything. It has a great view from the lounge, bedrooms & terrace. The location is good, close to local shops, bars & restaurants with a major supermarket a short drive away. The beach is less than 5 mins walk & is beautiful, sandy & clean with the sea being shallow for a long way out, ideal for swimming & paddling.

We would highly recommend this apartment both for families & for adult breaks as the apartment & area is well equipped for both.

The best view in the world!

The apartment is situated at the top of a hill and thus has the most splendid view of the Bay of Bandol. Each morning as we threw open our shutters - both from the living room and the main bedroom - it took our breath away.

We spent very little time in the apartment itself, which was roomy and wonderfully cool - courtesy of air conditioning! The wonderful and spacious double terraces and proximity to the beach kept us out and about all day and most of the evening.

It is a little bit of a walk to the main town - probably about 10 minutes to the town square but the exercise did us all the world of good each day but the proximity to the beach (literally at the bottom of the road) was fantastic - particularly with all the beach towels and equipment for a family of 6!

Having a parking space was wonderful in busy Bandol in the summer and Mme Lesne, who takes care of the apartments for the owners, was wonderfully helpful in dealing with any concerns we had. We met the lovely neighbours in one of the apartments above from Lyons who are charming.

The proximity of the rail line may bother some - we were concerned on arrival and the trains are quite noisy during the day but at night, with the windows and shutters closed and the air conditioning on, we all slept very well indeed.

We hope to return!

Lovely clean, comfortable apartment

Lovely clean, comfortable apartment in an excellent location.

The garden with a view of the sea is a delight, the air conditioning much appreciated with the hot weather we had and the fact that the beach is a short walk down the road was just the icing on the cake! We had our two young grandchildren with us and they had a wonderful holiday. Thank you

Parfait !

Cette location est vraiment très bien : grande, cosy, bien équipée, la terrasse est bordée de plantes méditerranéennes(beau bougainvillier), la vue est magnifique sur la baie ET, petit plus ,on entend la mer! (le matin et le soir depuis la chambre, c'est top !)

A côté de la maison, il y a un parking privé ombragé, très pratique.

La proximité de la plage à pied est très appréciable, surtout avec de jeunes enfants. (2 min à la descente et 5 min à la montée). Bandol est une belle station balnéaire, il y a un marché tous les jours dans le centre (accessible à pied en 10 min) ou avec un bus gratuit qui passe au bas de la rue (dommage, il n'y a pas bcp de rotation par jour).

Le ménage est inclus dans le prix, ça fait plaisir également. Bref, nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous conseillons vivement cette location !

Très bonne adresse de location

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cet appartement. Nous étions 5 adultes. Pas de problème de place. Les 2 petites salles de bain et toilettes sont très pratiques à plusieurs. L'appartement est très grand et spacieux. Au niveau du couchage, idéal pour 4 adultes et 2 enfants. La terrasse est superbe avec ses 2 niveaux, un niveau couvert et un niveau découvert. La vue est superbe sur la mer. La proximité avec la plage était également très agréable (une rue qui descend directement à la plage, 150 m). Le stationnement est de manière générale dans Bandol et plus particulièrement dans les rues entourant l'appartement très difficile car rues étroites et en pente mais le parking privé de cet appartement est un plus indéniable (nous avons pu y stationner 2 voitures comme on était en hors saison). L'appartement est également tout près du port de Bandol et des commerces et restaurants. Possibilité de laisser la voiture et de faire tout à pied. Encore merci au propriétaire pour sa gentillesse et réactivité.
