Beautiful fully refurbished large one bedroom apartment 75m. Set in an ideal position directly on the Avenida de Las Playas with all Puerto del Carmen's main attractions just a few steps away. Property has incredible full sea views. Modern furnishings are provided in the apartment that has one bedroom with a King size bed and fitted wardrobe, Bathroom with sink, shower, washing machine and hairdryer. Kitchen with fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, ceramic hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Lounge with large leather sofa, unit with Satellite TV and Wifi. Balcony with two lounge chairs plus breakfast table and chairs and panoramic sea views. Although this property is centrally located it provides peace and quiet as the bedroom is to the back of the property and affords a wonderful nights sleep. Our private upstairs solarium shared by our 4 apartments has sunbathing areas with sunbeds and tables and chairs for al fresco dining and a shower for cooling off. Magnificent sea views.

Great stay,!

Spotlessly clean and very central to shops and restaurants , would highly recommend this property , the roof terrace was amazing , we were lucky enough to have the terrace to ourselves for the whole fortnight!!! Thanks to the owners for allowing us to be in their apartment !!!!

Wonderful sea view

The apartment was like a home from home with every need attended to. Ole and his family were available for any query from booking and check in to final checkout. The property is right on the seafront and close to every amenity. I highly recommend this property.
