Our apartment is an extremely well appointed and central 6 bedroom apartment, in a art Deco building, with gorgeous 50s details, right by the main shopping area of Porto. Featuring large bedrooms and living space, 2 balconies overlooking a side street -Firmeza, this apartment is the perfect choice for large families and groups. It is minutes away from Aliados, the theater district and very close to the main night life area. LV Premier Firmeza SC1 is a spacious 6 bedroom apartment, with 2 full bathrooms, AC, heating and all of the amenities. It features 2 large balconies to the front of the building with beautiful plants- perfect to unwind after a day of shopping and sight seeing. Also located in an elevator building- with 3 small steps from Lobby to the street.

The unit sleeps a maximum of 14 people, distributed between the 6 bedrooms (2 triples, 4 doubles) sofa bed and folding bed. All bedrooms can be offered with single or king size beds. The apartment is equipped with AC throughout, and features city views.

You will enjoy FREE WIFI and cable channels with choice of foreign language programming. Great amenities, such as, for example hypo-allergenic luxurious microfiber duvets, Egyptian cotton bedding and soft luxurious bath towels, will contribute for your comfort. Like other LV Premier properties, we offer a complimentary basics pack including some toiletries (with shower gel/ soap, etc.), a breakfast pack (coffee/ tea/ sugar); spices & condiments and cleaning essentials. Also designed to make your stay more pleasant, we can provide a few extras, such as beach towels, beach umbrellas and local cellphones - available for a small fee during your stay.

The kitchen is fully equipped- from superior quality plates and dishes, to pots and pans, small appliances such as coffee makes, food processor etc, you will find everything you need should you choose to cook. There are a number of supermarkets and grocery stores nearby. There are two full bathrooms in the property (one with a bath tub and shower, the other with a shower enclosure). Admire the beautiful white marble in the bathrooms and kitchen.

SC1 is 2 min away from Bolhao metro station, 7 minutes from Trindade and Aliados stations. Sao Bento train station is less than 10 minutes away should you want to visit Lisbon and try our other properties there. A number of buses and the tram are nearby. There are two large shopping malls within 3-5 minutes, as well as a vast amount of shops and restaurants. In Bolhao and Aliados you can join the Hop-on/ Hop off city tours. Bars in the Galerias de Paris street are 7 min away, but the nightlife spots around Coliseum are only 3-4 min away. There is on street parking, shopping mall parking garages and underground garages by the Mercado do Bolhao.

L appartement est exceptionnel. Il est spacieux et meublé avec goût. Très pratique avec ascenseur, chambres grandes. Nous étions 12 adultes et nous ne nous sommes jamais senti à l étroit. Il est idéalement situé en plein centre ville, proche tram et toutes commodités. EXCEPTIONNEL
