I cannot express how happy I was. This apartment has comfortable place, nice furniture, big windows, airy and clean room, sweet neighbors, convenient locality and safe area. The host was very efficient and hardworking. They were always doing something to make the apartment look nicer. Our host was friendly and answered all our queries in a timely manner. Shopping complex was in the close proximity of our building which made our stay even better. This is the kind of place where you want to come back again and again. I certainly recommend it to my friends and family members.

This place worked out great for our famously of four

Great location downtown. Easy to walk to everything. Found a great old pub around the corner and a really good coffee shop with fresh baking all within less than a five minute walk. We had a rental car which was easy to park here inside the locked garage.

Nice Condo-But Matt didn't meet us as promised to give us the key

We (2 couples) stayed for 2 nights in this accommodation and were very well pleased. It's location was great for use of the Hop On Hop Off service. Everything in the apartment seemed to be in working order. Our biggest issue was that we were told to meet Matt in front of the French Embassy at 3 pm, and that was reiterated several times. The day before I had sent an email telling him that we were in Dublin and would meet him at the appointed time and place and that since we were from the US, we had no phone service in Ireland. We waited until 3:30 and 2 of us were just leaving to go use a pub phone when a repressentative of Matt's showed up and opened the apartment for us. This was unacceptable. Someone should have met us at 3 as promised. We 4 had just finished a 3 week tour of Ireland and were in desparate need to do laundry. Between the 2 couples we did 14 loads of laundry. We found that having the washer and dryer as one unit meant we were doing laundry throughout the nights as one load couldn't dry while the next was washing. Also, the capacity was quite small. However, we managed to get it done. Our stay was quite satisfactory other than Matt not meeting us as promised which made us wonder if we actually had accommodation or not.
