bathroom apartment has recently been refurbished to a high and tasteful standard including new appliances and 2 new bathrooms.
The accommodation includes a 55 square metre private and secluded south facing patio with a comfortable 6 seat rattan furniture set and barbecue. The patio is easily accessed via sliding doors from the lounge.
The master double bedroom with king size bed has its own en suite bathroom with a walk in shower, sink and loo. The second bedroom has twin beds (these can be zipped together to form another king size bed) and a family bathroom alongside. The good sized kitchen is fitted with new appliances to include a new oven, hob, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge. The kitchen houses the gas central heating system which also provides instant hot water. The lounge has ample seating with two settees and a coffee table. The room is equipped with a flatscreen TV, DVD player and free wireless internet.
Beach Towels are not provided and we request that all guests bring their own.
A travel cot is available for families with babies
There is a dedicated parking space and parking on roads adjacent to the property on a first come first served basis.
A well behaved pet is allowed but we ask our guests to ensure that no damage is made to the apartment and that any noise is kept to the minimum bearing in mind that there may be other guests in the vicinity. No smoking is permitted.
