Located in quite neighborhood, just 8 minute walk from the Beach, Old Town, Acropolis of Rhodes, Ancient Stadium and Rhodes City. Apartment ''Charisma'' accommodates up to 7 guests and offers you a lot of facilities

There are 3 double bedrooms both benefiting from fitted wardrobes with balconies and view to the garden of the building. There are also two full family bathroom, the one with bath and the other with shower.

The apartment has a large open plan lounge and dining area where there is a comfortable corner sofa and a dining table. The living room has a large plasma TV, a dvd and a sound system.
The living area has large patio doors leading out to a spacious balcony where you can take your breakfast and watching the two neoclassical houses. The modern, luxurious, kitchen is fully equipped.

There is a bakery next door to the apartment and a supermarket 100m away.
Rhodes City, Port, Old Town, Beach, Acropolis and Ancient stadium are walking distance from the apartment.

We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units. 9. Garbage: Any garbage must be stowed in the proper garbage or recycling receptacle, located at the side of the house. 10. Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests is limited to 7 persons. 11. Guest shall allow Homeowner access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. Homeowner shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner. 12. The guests should turn off all the air-conditioners and lights before leaving the apartment. 13. When the guests leave the accommodation they have the obligation to switch off the lights and electrical appliances, close the water. As well the guests are asked while they are outside not to leave the air-conditioning on if it is not necessary, and to close doors and windows while it is in use. 14. On the day of departure the guests have to leave the accommodation the latest at 12:00. The guests have the obligation to leave the accommodation in the same condition as they found it, tidy and undamaged. 15. The owners can put an end to the reservation of the guests who do not respect house rules. In this case the guests will be charged for the entire amount of the reservation, regardless the shorter stay. 16. When starting to use the accommodation it is assumed that the guests are familiar with the house rules and that they agree with their conditions and obligations. Any problem that cannot be solved on the spot with the owners’ representative will involve the intervention of the police. Complaints will be considered only if reported during the stay. Subsequent complaints will not be considered.

Wonderful little gem
We have had a fabulous one week stay at Ismini and Harry’s apartment. They were so accommodating of all our needs even when our flight arrived late and we didn’t get there till 1.30am. Nothing was too much trouble. The apartment is lovely and really spacious and exactly like the pictures. It takes about ten minutes to stroll to the beach and about ten mins stroll to the old town. Perfect. Would definitely recommend and stay again 😊.

Smart, modern, comfortable and good location
We do a self catering holiday every year and have stayed in many different types of varying quality. This apartment was certainly one of the best. It is located in a residential area but only a 10 minute or so walk to either the walls of the old town or the beaches. There is a small supermarket around the corner and several smaller food shops around and about. When we arrived we were met by the owner and to our delighted surprise had been supplied with a welcome pack - beer, wine, soft drinks, butter, bread to name a few. And that hasn't happened very often! A spacious and modern kitchen made evening meals pleasant to prepare. The large sitting /dining area is comfortable with large patio windows on to the balcony. This over looks the road - all the better for watching local life go by. Three good light double bedrooms with storage space and a 'house' bathroom and one shower/loo completed our living area. Oh, and Rhodes Town with its fabulous walls, palaces, cobbled streets, restaurants , shops, harbour and sunshine made the whole stay one to remember. I would recommend this property.😊😊 (Just in case there isn't anywhere else to mention this - we felt that if you are not terribly mobile this area may not be too comfortable to walk around. High kerbs, narrow streets and uneven cobbled road in some places. No trouble if walking is your thing. Taxis are very available if not)

The best place to stay in Rhodes. Central and close to everything but at the same time very peaceful. Bakery next to you super market 2 minutes.Very clean and modern home. Will come again!!!

Lovely apartment, good location
This apartment is in the perfect location! Close to Old town in quiet street. We rented a car for our 1 week stay parking is always available and free just outside. The apartment is nice decorated, very clean. Rhodes island guides, small touches such as water and wine, welcome pack and even bathroom luxury toiletries have added to this amazing stay. Very comfortable bed in master bedroom. Will highly recommend this apartment to anyone and will be book our next trip back.
