About the property

Lynton is a 5 bedroomed townhouse and has been recently refurbished. All bedrooms are equipped with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinet and desk. In addition each also benefits from its own en-suite consisting a shower cubicle, hand basin and w.c.

The kitchen is fully equipped to make the property ideal for the self catering holiday.

The property is located in a residential area if the town within easy reach of the beaches and town. Falmouth is host to a wise range of shops from major chains to the smaller independently run premises. There are many restaurants, cafes and pubs catering for the diverse tastes of our guests.

Double glazed throughout, gas central heating and a full fire / smoke alarm system with emergency lighting and 30 minute fire doors.

The garden to the front of the property is gravelled with Cornish palm trees. To the rear, the courtyard contains garden furniture , together with potted plants and flowers. There is private off road parking for two cars at the rear of the house.

A booking deposit of £200 is required and a security bond also of £200 is to be sent with the remainder of the rental, no later than 8 weeks prior to the beginning of your holiday. This is fully refundable following your departure pending no damage or breakages.

Access to the property is from 4pm on the date of your arrival and we kindly request that you vacate before 10.00am on the day of departure.

  • All bedrooms contain a double bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinet, desk and chair. Each room has its own en-suite facility with wc, hand basin and shower. The en-suite of the master bedroom has just been completely updated to include a new shower enclosure measuring 1200mm x 900mm. The room has been tiled from floor to ceiling in neutral colours and new flooring has been laid to compliment the colour scheme.

Clean and Tidy! Equipped for all our needs! Good location!

This property was perfect for all our needs. Two brothers our wives and children, young and old. With 5 bedroom's each with there own on suite there was never a que for the loo, nor was there a problem when it came to different people's bed times! Just a few minutes drive to either town or beach it was a perfect location. Parking two cars at the rear of the property was fine! I'd highly recommend this rental for larger families!

Falmouth boasts one of the worlds deepest natural harbours and many activities are based around here. Fishing trips, ferry rides to the nearby towns and villages of Truro and St Mawes, boat trips for dolphin watching.

There are 3 beaches nearby and Gyllynvase beach is one of the most popular beaches in Cornwall. A safe Blue Flag status beach and overlooked by the imposing Pendennis Castle and there are impressive views of the Lizard peninsula and Helford River. There are great amenities – Gylly Beach café offers fantastic views and is open all year round with evening BBQs and live bands. WESUP is a dedicated stand up paddle board centre operating from Gylly beach.

Other activities include Helford River Cruises, dive with the Cornish Diving School, explore the ocean with AK wildlife cruises, paddle out with Koru Kayaking or participate in sailing, canoeing, diving and rowing at Falmouth Watersports Centre.

There are many well known gardens close by such as Trebah Garden, Glendurgan Garden and Penjerrick Gardens and the Helford Passage as well as the Lost Gardens of Heligan just a short drive away.

Falmouth town is just a 15 minute walk away and host to a busy high street and many independent small shops, restaurants and bars. The Maritime Museum is a great day out and is situated amongst a variety of cafes and restaurants mixed in with well known brands such as Rick Stein and Pizza Express.

Pendennis Castle is a short walk away and is close to Ships and Castles ( leisure pool with gym facillities).

There is a local shop by the railway station, just a few minutes away. Falmouth is served by the major supermarkets of Sainsburys, Tesco and a 24 hour Asda.
