Very clean, comfortable beds

Very close to all bars restaurants cafes and sea was 5 min walk lots of space for families

A beautifully modernised property in an ideal location close to all facilities.

The property is beautifully decorated, well equipped, clean and comfortable. The courtyard is very pleasant, the rooms very well presented and the facilities are all you need and more. The location is very central, easy to get to and close to some excellent restaurants, shops and facilities. Highly recommended.

Nice little house in the heart of Fuengirolla. 3 minutes to the beach. All amenities next door. We expecially enjoyed the patio. Very helpful landlady.

Fabulous!

Absolutely fab holiday, the house exceeded our expectations, very well decorated, equipped and maintained. Has everything you could need and the area was perfect for us. We had our four teenagers with us and we all had enough space, they loved it... would love to book again some time.

House in need of Maintenance

This house is in perfect location for beach and culture of cafe bars. Therotically the layout is good, but impractical.

The facilities ticked all the right boxes, and the house was safe and secure.

We got off to a bad start - arriving at 320pm to access at 330pm. The temperature was 30 degrees and we had to await nearly 2 hours to gain access. A neighbour kindly stored our luggage.

Unacceptable - The house smells of damp from the roof of the badly stained bathroom and we had to purchase extra candles & air fresheners to make this habitable.

The outside toilet door did not close properly and we all had to inconveniently for going out use the indoor toilet to avoid being bitten by mosquitos.

In theory sounded perfect, looked nice from the photos but impractical for large family and very disappointed with overall experience. As a priority, the dampness needs fixed.

Owner's Response: Dear Graham, Thank you for your comments. Your acces was schedule for 16.30h at the time we arrive . The house was perfectly cleaned before your arrival and was smelling perfect after I checked it at 14.00h If the door was not closing properly you only needed to make a call to us and we could have repair it in the same day. The problem of all was that you came with a really bad mood since the first moment being unpolite with my wife , not listening to her explanations. As well, thank you for leaving the house like this... full of cigarettes everywhere , dust everywhere . 2 starts for that beautiful house... For sure you won't be welcome again.

Great house for family!

My family and i really enjoyed this house. It is well decorated, unique and the landlords are very attentive. We enjoyed meals in the patio area where kids had open space.

It is close to the beach and all the daily needs are within reach. From groceries to small bars and comvenience store. Even organic mini store/ market.

I recommend this house if you are looking for a typical andalusian patio home.
