Luxury Apartment With Town and Pool Views, Adult/Child Pool, Parking

Our apartment is a bright, stylish, refurbished 2 bedroom apartment at the heart of the old town of Albufeira. It has views over the old town and the shared pool. It is situated just a few minutes away from the beach, restaurants, bars, shops and local attractions. Refurbished in 2016, it is located on the Second floor. There are several outdoor shared areas in the complex, including an adult pool, child splash pool, seating area and a roof terrace. Fishermans beach is three to four minutes walk (250m) away and the old town square is four to five minutes (250m). Albufeira marina is a 15 minute walk. The apartment has its own private 100Mb fibre broadband, UK TV and Sky UK channels plus US channels. There is a hair dryer, ironing board and iron, and the kitchen it equipped with an induction hob, oven and grill, microwave, kettle, toaster, hand blender and a built in fridge freezer (a washing machine is in the bathroom cupboard).

My wife and I first came to Algarve last year and fell in love with this gorgeous part of the world. We loved the location of this apartment, it's close proximity to the town, beaches and marina. That is why we made it our second home, we have put a lot of thought and effort into making this apartment very cozy and would like to share this joy of life with you.

Great place ideal location

1st time in albufeira old town will certainly be back apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed and was in an ideal location 5 minutes from everything the shared pool was great and had plenty of loungers for everyone also had eddys bar across from apartment ideal for breakfast my family loved it and we will definitely be back

Very tidy and clean

Well kept, although the we couldn’t get the building front door open with the key. When we questioned why we were told the key doesn’t work and to use the key pad at the front door. Other than that, lovely place, kept well at good location.

Modern apartment very close to the old town

Modern, compact apartment with access to a shared pool and large courtyard. Is billed as a two bedroom but the 2nd room is in fact a box room with no window. Good WiFi and TV seemed to have lots of channels although we didn’t use it. Very near the old town but still nice and quiet. Perfect base but would have benefitted me if there had been a balcony or terrace as noticed on some of the other apartments in the complex.

Exactly as it says, fantastic

From first enquiring to getting home Tyrones communication was great. We arrived on a Sunday so no one is at reception but it was not a problem with the instructions given. The appartmemt is just as the photos in every way. Very homely and the men loved the sky tv and women loved the wifi. It is in a perfect location as you get no noise even when I stayed in bed first two days as I was not well but I had it before so the sun helped. The appartmemt is close to bars shops and beach. It is up a steep hill and steps but was not a problem. The beach is lovely and we even went in the sea. Merlins bar opposite is a lovely stop off on way back as it gets the sun till late. Eddys bar has sports tv and food and staff are lovely. The square is very lively and open till late. We enjoyed the square a couple of nights and found the people are so friendly. We will be back. The only downside was no balcony for my morning coffee but I knew that before I booked.

Lovely apartment with great facilities & central location

The apartment was very clean & comfortable and finished to a very high standard, ideal for a couple or family, my husband was very impressed with sport channels available. We would definitely return and the pool area is very secluded and highly maintained. Pleamty of great bars & restaurants close by.

Booking Notes:
The apartment can be reserved subject to availability upon receipt of a signed contract and non-refundable deposit of 25%. Once the signed contract and payment is received a receipt and confirmation note will be sent to you. The final balance will be due 60 days prior to arrival date, or paid in full if period is within the 60 days. Security deposits will be refunded within 14 days after a positive inspection has been made.

Cancellation fees:
31 - 60 days = 50 % of full amount due
30 days or less = 100% of total amount

Changeover Day:
Changeover day is flexible. Departure is by 10.00am and arrivals at 4pm. Arrivals after 10pm will incur an additional charge if an out of hours meet and greet is required.

Notes on prices:
Prices quoted are for up to 4 people. £50 per person for additional people to stay.
