About the host

I am Benoit, 53 yo, married with Margherita and we have 2 kids (18 and 20yo). I live in Paris, in the Quartier Latin, Panthéon area.
We have lived more than 10 years in Italy as well. We are a French-Italian family.
We have a house in Switzerland (Ovronnaz thermal and ski resort) and a family house on the French Riviera (Ramatuelle, close to St TROPEZ) both for rent.

Why they chose this property

This beautiful house has been built by my parents back in the late 1990's and is now owned by my brother and sisters and myself since 2013. My mother who started to visit Saint Tropez in his childhood in the 1930's, long before Brigite Bardot made it so famous, had a great respect for the area and the regional architecture. She put a lot of devotion and love in the building of this house with the help of a renown Saint Tropez architect. We are not able to enjoy this paradise place all year long and in order to cover the heavy expenses and taxes, we decided to propose it for rent to visitors.
