The bathroom has a shower, no bath, a bidet, toilet and sink unit.
There is a second cloakroom with a toilet and sink unit.
Both are fully tiled.
As you step out of this block of only six flats you are right in the heart of the town with all the amenities that provides including cafes, bars, restaurants and small convenience stores.
Parking is available for free in the surrounding streets or you can opt for the peace of mind in one of the many underground carparks.
No pool with the apartment but in typical Spanish tradition you can take a stroll to one of the towns fabulous beaches in under 10 minutes. The property is equally suited to families and couples and the town of Torrevieja has much to see and do, including El Cura beach- this is the most popular beach, as it is integrated within the town’s urban area. The S-61 Delfin submarine floating museum, The Museum of the Sea and Salt and Torrevieja’s Natural History Museum to name just a few.
