The apartment was very attractive, clean and convenient and has a place to park. It is about 0.6 miles from the center of Coconut Grove and about a mile from the east side of Coral Gables. It is also convenient to U.S. 1 (Dixie Highway) and to U.S. 41. It was a pleasant place to stay and a great base for touring Miami. We especially enjoyed the Fairchild Tropical Garden, which is about 15 minutes away. The apartment comes equipped with wi-fi and cable TV with Netflics . The owner was very helpful in making making rental and entry arrangements.
Very nice, quite spot. New and clean interior. Nice, private outside patio space. Easy off-street parking. The owner is great! A welcome basket of goodies is waiting for you!
This place was a hidden gem! We were a little nervous when we pulled up and the outside looked older...but when you walk into the place you see a completely new and rehabbed place. Everything seemed so new and there were lots of things you would need in the kitchen if you are cooking. There is a grocery store up the street and it is centrally located in Miami..if you want a place that you can walk to things this isn't the best but we don't mind staying off the beaten path. There was a great basket full of goodies when we walked in with snacks and wine. Such a nice touch! The only thing we would suggest is that there were no wash cloths...only hand towels and bath towels. Great stay here and we would stay here again.
The apartment has been recently redone with very good taste , all the appliances are new and the area very convenient near Miracle Mile and South Miami, very clean and well kept. You can see that the owners care for their clients.
The house was a great central location to everything we wanted to do in Miami. The place was very nice inside. The private patio was great. We loved our welcome basket. We had one small issue we notified the management of and it was fixed within hours. Very reasonable rates. We would stay again!!!
The property is conveniently located between Coconut Grove and Coral Gables, and just a short drive to Brickell, Key Biscayne, Downtown Miami, Midtown Miami, Wynwood and Miami Beach. There are numerous cafes, restaurants and bars nearby.
