Delightful Devon cottage set in an 18th century small terrace, right in the centre of the attractive seaside village of Branscombe surrounded by the stunning Devon countryside.
Just a 10-minute walk through National Trust meadows to the picturesque beach and the spectacular Jurassic coastal footpaths to the pretty fishing village of Beer and Seaton in one direction and to Sidmouth in the other. In the village there is the Old Bakery Tea Rooms, Mill, museum, working forge and two traditional inns 'The Masons Arms' opposite, a little further to 'The Fountain Head', both serving good food and local brews.
The popular coastal town of Sidmouth with Esplanade and a splendid variety of shops, cafes, restaurants, cinema, theatre, golf course and indoor swimming pool is a 10-minute drive. In the other direction Lyme Regis famous for fossil hunting is only a 15-minute drive.
