Superb apartment with 915 sq ft Paris 3 rooms - 2 bedrooms 6 person capacity

Large 915 sq ft (86 sq meters) apartment totally renovated in April 2016 and fully equipped (sleeps 6) with 2 double rooms decorated in warm and modern style.

Bedrooms :

The master bedroom is very spacious and has a queen size bed, TV with cable channels, Wi-Fi, large storage space, air conditioning, heating and electric shutters.

The second bedroom has a double bed, TV with DVD player, Wi-Fi, large storage spaced an heaters.

The 2 bedrooms are equipped with TV and wifi. The mattresses are of excellent quality. The linen is provided (sheets and towels)

Bathroom :

The bathroom has a bathtub and a large walk-in shower (a hair dryer is available) and a towel warmer (towels are included)

Kitchen appliances:

The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, stove, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board).

Living and dining room:

The living room has a double sofa bed (2 people), a dining table for 6 to 10 people, heating and modern décor. The mattress is very nice. Ideal for relaxing after a day of work or sightseeing.

Air conditioning is available in the main bedroom and the large living room. Wifi is available in high-speed broadband throughout the apartment.

District and transport:

The neighborhood is chic and the apartment is 2 steps away from public transportation (Metro line 9, Bus 22,62,72, PC1, 175, 189, 289 and taxis). You will find many shops: supermarket, bakery, cheese shop, pharmacy ... and many restaurants in the area.

An outdoor market is 200 meters from the apartment on Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday from 9am to 1pm. You can meet farmers, cheese makers, producers and buy good bread, cheese, fruits and vegetables, fresh fish, chicken or meat, olives ... It's a real pleasure to enjoy the vibrant market in the morning.

Parking is also close (indicative price for 24 hours is € 35.90)

Monuments and area:

If you're a fan of Tennis, Roland Garros is a 15 minute walk (1 mile). The Parc des Princes is 0,3 miles away for the football fans. If you attend a show or a fair, this is the perfect apartment, the exhibition of Paris-Versailles is very close. The Eiffel Tower is very easy to access with the subway (distance 2,1 mile). You can see a bit of the Eiffel Tower from the living room! Metro Line 9 is very convenient to go to the main monuments of Paris (Trocadéro, Eiffel Tower, Champs Elysees, Place de la Concorde, the Louvre Museum ...)

The apartment is on the 4th floor with a lift.

Great stay!

We had a great stay at Natasha´s apartment. Kevin received us at the door and welcomed us into the apartment. He was very attentive and helpful with the specifics about the unit and with our questions about Paris. The apartment is in excellent condition. It was clean, cool (AC) and modern. Very refreshing and very comfortable! The apartment is also well located having the metro, supermarkets, and restaurants at walking distance. We would stay here again!

Wohnung in Paris

die Wohnung war einfach toll. Auch die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin ist reibungslos gelaufen.

Einzige Manko war der Parkplatz. Wir hatten einen VW Bus mit einer Höhe von ca. 2 Meter und war sehr schwierig und auch sehr teuer einen geeigneten Parkplatz dafür zu finden.

Sonsten, ist es alle super gewesen.

Ist auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen. (wenn man kein zu hohes Auto hat oder wenn man das Auto nicht mehrere Tage stehen lassen muss)

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber wie auf dem Bild.
