In a very beautiful villa 1900, beautiful apartment of 101m² completely renovated in 2008, 1st floor without lift. Triple exposure South East North, open outlook, 3m40 underneath ceiling. Balcony of 9m long with superb view of the sea and old Cannes.

We are located in a very quiet and charming residential area, on the hill, 5min walk away from Forville market (old Cannes) and 8min by foot from the Palais des Festivals and the beaches. We are located on a small hill where the permanent breeze from the sea turns the air cooler in any season, that allows you to enjoy all the advantages of the city centre of Cannes (atmosphere, ambiance, shops, activities, glamour nights out, spangles !) while being in the world without noise, without heat, without pollution. A dream!

This apartment was a delight to stay in, clean, beautiful views, all facilities/mod cons, less than 10 mins walk of the Palais, beach, shops etc.The owner is a pleasue to deal with and we'd love to stay again!

Très bien

Appartement très bien situé dans Cannes, très près du centre ville et des plages, pas besoin de voiture. D'ailleurs , la gare sncf est accessible à pied.

Nous avons passé deux semaines très agréables dans cette appartement très spacieux , ensoleillé, très bien équipé et doté d'un très long balcon certes pas trop large mais qui offre la possibilité de prendre un verre et permet d'apprécier la belle vue panoramique de la baie de Cannes!! Magnifique au coucher du soleil.

Le quartier est très calme et vous avez la possibilité de vous garer dans la rue sans difficulté .

Nous étions une famille de 6 (parents et 4 adolescents ).

Monsieur Sergeï est une personne très sympathique et très à l'écoute.

Par conséquent, je conseille cette location sans hésitation vous ne serez pas déçu !
