Winter in paradise

The condo was clean, well appointed and comfortable. The kitchen has been remodeled which made our in-house dining easy. While we prefer to be outside, the cool, rainy days in January were comfortable to spend inside.

A perfect spot on Marco Island

My wife and I loved the location of this condo; particularly within the Mariner property itself. It is located steps away from the Resident's Beach and convenient to local shops and restaurants we could walk to. The Mariner has hedged areas on the property to lock up your bicycles and this rental unit itself is in the perfect spot within the overall complex. That's because it is tucked away from the main streets, so all is quiet with no sounds of cars and traffic while sitting on the lanai in the warm evening air--loved the rabbits that by to say hello on the other side of the screens! We also enjoyed the swimming pool that was steps away from our unit. The pool itself is in a great spot deep within the complex, so it doesn't matter how windy things get on the beach... you can always find the tranquility you want at the pool. The owners were great to deal with, very responsive, and accessible. We were lucky to find this unit because we found it just after the owners updated their unit with renovations and had just listed it on VRBO. We loved our stay on Marco Island. It was the third time for us being on Marco, but the first time in this rental unit. It was the best vacation/living experience we had on the island! On top of everything, we met other owners/neighbors and made new friends! We highly recommend this property (and miss it already). P & B
