The apartment has air conditioning though out , the first floor has a modern living,dining area with a 60 inch tv and high speedfree wifi /broadband and a sleek kitchen, there is a sofa bed suitable for older children, one bedroom with two single beds, wardrobes and 2 sets of drawers and a bathroom with shower toilet and bidet. Upstairs is the second bathroom with bath,shower, toilet and bidet and master bedroom with super king size bed 2 large sets of drawers and wardrobes, the bedroom has patio doors which leads onto a private balcony with views of the sea the marina , Gibraltar and Africa on a clear day. The fabulous terrace is a relaxing haven whether day or night with sun loungers comfortable seating and outdoor dining. With views of the sea one way and the old town and mountains another. A utility room contains a sink and washing machine for use. A safe is provided, the kitchen has a Nespresso coffee machine ( capsules not provided),a dishwasher, oven, microwave and toaster. A designated parking space is provided in the underground car park. There is 24hr security and a concierge service on weekdays. The apartments have a lovely pool and sunbathing area with shower rooms to use. This penthouse duplex apartment with its dream positioning has everything you could wish for your perfect trip.

My partner and I have 5 children between us and a dog called Daisey we grew up and still live in Manchester. We love going on holiday whether it's in the UK or away and Marbella is a firm favourite with all the family, we keep coming back year after year.

Why Cath Simmons chose Marbella

This property is in the perfect location, overlooking the beach and promenade where people cycle, run, roller skate, or stroll with families stopping off for ice cream. The chiringuitos are wonderful for afternoon paella whilst the children play on the beach. The old town is our favourite, people dress up and meet with friends, and we can still get lost in the maze of side streets filled with people sat on barrels eating tapas surrounded by the cascading bougainvillea. Bliss.

What makes this apartment unique

We fell in love with this apartment as soon as we walked in because of its lovely layout over two floors, the wonderful terrace with fantastic views allow to to sit with a glass of wine and while the day away well into the evening. The pool area is quiet and pretty and the beach is literally outside the front door. It's positioning is second to none.

Fantastic location and and an amazing patio for everyone to gather

We loved everything about this apartment. Lots of room for everyone and the patios is the show stopper! We spent most of our time relaxing on the couches on the patio , love the loungers, and our breakfast at the patio table every morning. The apartment has everything you would need and in perfect condition

Fantastic location

The apartment was amazing the only downside for me was one room is far more luxurious than the other so we had to flip a coin for it! The location is amazing 5 minutes walk to the right and you are in the beautiful old town 5 minutes to the left your in the night life. Fantastic! We ate out every night and had amazing food every time. Would love to go back soon!

Day one started with random water outage - likely caused by some sort of local construction - but was back on by next day. Other than that, this vacation rental was perfect and could not be better located. The promenade nearby has you on some of the best beaches (other than a few large rocks in the shallows) and restaurants in under 5 minutes walk.

The inside of the unit is clean and internet and tv channels in (mostly) English was a plus if you are an Anglo.

Good for families but not recommended for those with toddlers because of high-floor and balcony concerns.

If you rent a car like us, the underground private parking is a plus!

With the apartment being so high and young children staying it is recommended to use the locks located at the top of all patio doors that children cannot reach when you are unable to supervise them on the balcony.

Great experience

We have just enjoyed six nights in this apartment and would thoroughly recommend it. It is so close to Old Town Marbella as well as the beach, but has such a lovely terrace we spent quite a bit of time there.

Cath was really prompt to get back to us about any question and Peter ,who showed us into the apartment, was also very helpful.

Well equipped and well positioned property.

Had a lovely stay in the apartment, with everything we needed.

Positioning was perfect, for both the old town (which we love to visit) and also beach front for leisurely walks calling in at the many bars and restaurants available.

Wonderful terraces to enjoy the sunrise and sunset and when the sun is shining no need to even leave the apartment for the rest of the day, once you've picked up your fresh bread and pastries from the nearby bakery.

Owner very prompt in responding to all queries from initial reservation up to and after stay. The whole experience was great - thank you!!!

Great location. Steps to the old city, the market,the ocean boardwalk and Orange Square.

The apartment is very nice, modern and clean. The bathrooms are fine. The dining area is a bit cramped for four people. The balcony is large and offers great views. The breeze from the ocean in April was cool, so unfortunately we were not able to use it except for a few hours during our two week stay. Peter met us and got us organized in no time. All in all a good vacation property in Marbella.

Directly outside the apartments is a beauty salon and shop to hire bikes, the 'old town' with its quaint whitewashed streets and beautiful orange square, with alfresco dining is a couple of minutes walk away. You'll find an abundance of boutique shops,restaurants and tapas bars filling the tiny streets and opening up into wonderful courtyards with churches and chapels. As you step outside the apartments onto paseo maritimo you pass a beach gym and numerous chiringuitos (beach bars), mouthwatering tapas bars, restaurants,pedalos and an 8 screen cinema in the shopping centre as you stroll towards Puerto Banus. The bustling marina has yachts, fishing boats, a ferry to Puerto Banus and lots of bars to meet friends or just sit and watch the world go by as the sun sets, it's the perfect place.
