This is a furnished 3 comfortable bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a huge living room-terrace facing the Playa de Poniente, privileged place with beautiful panoramic blue Mediterranean sea, the green of the mulberry , palm and coconut trees promenade adjacent to the incredible colors of the sky at sunrise and sunset and the castle-fortress of the city. It is refurbished and also has all the facilities to be comfortable so inviting to stay at home enjoying. It is a bright, spacious and airy with a simple but carefully decorated to feel like home, so close to the sea that night, at high tide, is often hear the soothing rocking of the waves floor.

Lovely huge apartment in perfect position

We spent a week in this apartment in May. The living room is huge, it has 2 bathrooms and 3 decent sized bedrooms. The best part about this apartment is the balcony and view of the beach. A perfect place to sit, have breakfast and watch the world go by. Bar underneath was not noisy, just people chatting, nice place to have a drink too.

Plenty of very hot water and adequate facilities. The owner is very friendly as was his representative in Aguilas. Would definitely recommend a stay.

Sehr zentrale und gute Lage - schöne Aussicht!

Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock über einem Restaurant. Daher etwas laut im Sommer (Betrieb bis

ca. 1 Uhr früh). Uns persönlich hat das aber nicht sehr gestört. Leider hat die Wohnung keine Klimaanlage und im Sommer wird es ganz schön heiss in den kleinen Schlafzimmern; daher ein Stern Abzug. Alles in allem aber eine tolle Wohnung mit einem grosszügigen Wohn/Esszimmer; das Meer und ein toller Strand gerade vor der Tür :-) Gerne wieder ein andermal!

Owner's Response: Sehr geehrte Frau Nadine Vielen lieben Dank für Ihre nette Bemerkungen, es war eine große Freude Sie bei uns in Águilas begrüßen zu können. Ich wollte nur kurz darauf hinweisen, dass der Eissalon nur an den Wochenenden von Juli und August bis ein Uhr morgens geöffnet ist, während er außerhalb der Saison normalerweise zwischen 20 und 21 Uhr schließt. In diesem Sinne ist es erwähnenswert, dass die Schönheit und Einzigartigkeit Spaniens, vor allem im Herzen der Städte, darin besteht, dass wir das Leben auf der Straße zu etwas "späteren" Zeiten für die Europäer genießen, vor allem mit der Ankunft des guten Wetters. Abschließend möchte ich hervorheben, dass dieser Sommer wesentlich wärmer als üblich gewesen ist, aber ich vermute Sie könnten die zusätzlichen Ventilatoren problemlos benutzen. Die Innenfenster zu öffnen hilft auch wesentlich die Temperatur von den Zimmern zu mildern. Ich wünsche Ihnen alles Gute für die Zukunft und ich hoffe Sie bald bei uns nochmal begrüßen zu dürfen! Great time in Aguilas

We totally enjoyed our 3 months in the apartment in Aguilas. The apartment was comfortable and well equipped. We spent a lot of time on the balcony overlooking the promenade and beach. The central location made for great convenience and the ability to walk to all the attractions. The Carnival was a wonderful and happy experience. The owner is extremely responsive and helpful. We highly recommend this apartment for a great holiday.

Excellent Apartment, Location and Sea View

We picked this for its location and the sea view. Very modern apartment and the lounge was fantastic along with the balcony. No problem with noise and we loved the town of Aguilas. I wouldn't hesitate to book this apartment again and would highly recommend it.

Location

The apartment also has a perfect location to enjoy the beach and for exploring the possibilities of leisure and walking, as it is in the center of the city, located east-west, between the waterfront (where there are houses, gardens, trees, small bars and ice cream) that encentra front of the house directly overlooking the beach of Poniente (wide sandy beach with some palm trees and warm water and usually quiet, easy access to showers, lifeguards and near a playground) and the shopping streets are within a block at the rear of the building, where they can encontrase banks, supermarkets, small shops of all kinds, outpatient, bus stop, souvenir shops and crafts, restaurants, bars and entertainment venues. It is very near the Castle fortress and old town where encontarremos beautiful squares of lush manicured gardens and fishing port, marina and pintoreco uptown where you can enjoy panoramic views of the city and its coast.

On the other side, also nearby, is the coastal road that leads Vera Almeria Andalucia across picturesque fishing villages, winding creeks of protected natural areas depopulated between cliffs and touristy places of great affluence for both leisure festive, culinary as cultural, sports and tourism exploration, which makes this worthy area several excursions different purpose.

Eagles, city of Roman origin, according to legend, has luminous seascapes. The city sits on the remains of other times as Argárica, Phoenician, Roman or Muslim who left in the city numerous archaeological fragments, among them their Termas. It is a quiet village surrounded by fields and bathed by the calm, warm waters of the Mediterranean Sea and with an exceptional microclimate. It has two protected natural areas: the Coastal Regional Park of Cabo Cope and Landscape Four Calas, alternating steep cliffs with beaches with clear water.  Diving enthusiasts there are a paradise for diving. Also for lovers of mountaineering and hiking or mountain biking, have a natural beauty to enjoy. And for those who want to disconnect, you can find secluded coves and rare in the area, urbanized nothing to lose; or walk the two beautiful walks in the city, the Poniente and Levante. Take a beer, tapas of his famous garden, rich meats and fish and native seafood or ice cream on the terraces along the walks is very pleasant and relaxing. You can also go dancing at nightclubs outdoor cinema, you to visit the castle-fortress with its beautiful views, museums: archaeological, railroad, its famous carnival or attend any of the activities of its recently launched Auditorium and Congress.
