house inaugurated in 2012 Julyith. Located beside to Cerro Gordo natural area.All rooms enjoy an excellent panoramic view with three sun terraces overlooking the sea. Its good orientation is that the house has an excellente quality of light with soft temperature due to the tropical climate.Ideal to enjoy the cool summer nights.We apointed spaces with news and high quality equipement with a careful decotation. TV LCD 46", home cinema, Blue Ray. Luxury matresses, sheet and cotton towels.Hydromassage shower

Very detaledly equipped kitchen.

Double parking. Conexion wifi. Air coditioner in all the house.

The house is located at the border of the natural park of Cerro Gordo and the homonymous residential area, on a low hill on the right side of the horseshoe-like bay which gives its name to the main local village: La Herradura.

The house has three floors: the ground floor with the kitchen, the living room, a terrace and a staircase leading to the rest of the dwelling. The upper floor with one bedroom, bathroom and balcony. And the lower floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, which is also connected to the terrace and the swimming pool.

All rooms (including terrace and balcony), with exception of the kitchen, have very beautiful views overlooking the sea.

House number 7 has a parking places assigned (number 9) with enough space for a normal vehicle. It is perfectly signalized. The parking is accessed through an automatic door with remote control.

Maison très agréable avec une vue magnifique. Équipement de très bonne qualité notamment la climatisation. Très belle terrasse avec piscine et douche extérieure. Piscine de taille modeste mais très agréable. Excellente situation géographique dans un village authentique. Accueil parfait !!!

Dejlig La Herradura rækkehus

Juni 2017 havde vi en herlig familie oplevelse i huset. Huset er pænt indrettet og velfungerende for familie på 6 personer. Omgivelserne er skønne og poolen i særdeles børnevenlig størrelse. Naturreservatets vilde bjerggeder havde deres rute nær huset, hvilket gav betagende blik til deres klatreevner.

I det hele taget er nærliggende La Herradura en skøn by, som besidder charme og ikke virker overrendt af turister, og huset er et glimrende udgangspunkt for oplevelser i området.

Traumhaftes Feriendomizil auf drei Ebenen mit beeindruckendem Ausblick auf Meer und Küste

Wir haben uns in diesem sehr gepflegten, modern eingerichteten und geräumigen Ferienhaus zu viert als Familie sehr wohl gefühlt und jeden Tag den traumhaften Ausblick von Terrasse mit Pool oder den zwei Balkonen aus genossen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr herzlich, zuvorkommend und patent. Die Umgebung bietet viele Ausflugsziele zu Fuss oder per Auto. Zudem liegt das Haus in windgeschützter Lage. Wir möchten hier gerne bald wieder einen Urlaub verbringen.

El mar a la vista y la naturaleza cerca

La ubicación y la descripción de la casa en el anuncio eran precisas, conociendo como conocíamos la zona. La propiedad estaba en muy buen estado y una vez a la semana había un servicio de limpieza. Por poner una pega, demasiadas escaleras, al estar la vivienda repartida en varias plantas, lo cual puede ser bueno para familias a las que guste esta separación de piscina, dormitorios, estar y cocina, etc..

Nuestros anfitriones, Celia y Vicente, afables, atentos y rápidos en la resolución de cualquier problema. Un abrazo.

El entorno de la Herradura constituye un lugar privilegiado para vacaciones, la casa está por otra parte al lado de un parque natural y a las cabras montesas casi se les puede hablar.
