About Isabel Sanches

My name is Manuel Bruschy. I am the owner of the apartment. This used to be my permanent home in Portugal. I am now working abroad since 2009 but I visit Portugal regularly and I stay in the apartment. It kept all the decoration and equipement as they were when I was there. I have delegated the property management to Ms. Isabel Sanches. She will answer to your enquiries and handle the réservations.

Great value/money ratio

We've been staying in Manuel's apartment for ten days on August. First of all - it's medically clean! Very well equipped and furnitured, spacious and light. Big balcony is ideal both for morning sun tanning and evening glass of vine. Prefect location - just 5 min walk to nearest local shops and bakery, 7 min to beach, 12 min to supermarkets and city center.

Manager of the apartment Isabel is very hospitable and frienful. She even arranged our unexpected very late check-in at 1 a.m.

The best choice for that money!

Highly recommended for couples or small families.

Appartement charmant, bien aménagé et avec tout le nécessaire pour passer des vacances sans se poser de questions. Quartier résidenciel, donc très calme (juste un peu bruyant en journée car quelques immeubles en travaux à proximité).

Très proche de la plage et de cascais ( 5 et15 min à pied en passant par la promenade le long de l'océan.

"Everything was better than expected. The apartment was beautiful, better than at the photos :-) It was very clean and there are all you can need (home stuff).

The place is incredible, beaches incredibles, people so nice...

And the best was the landlord, Manuel, was so kind. He got in contact with us to check that everything was OK when we arrived and also the day we left.

I would recommend this place and this apartment to friends and family.

Thanks Manuel for everything, we will repeat as soon as we can."

Appartement agréable dans quartier calme et très bien situé à proximité de la plage et de la gare.Idéal pour visiter Lisbonne sans la voiture.

Remaining value (80%) is paid in cash on arrival.
Security deposit is requested on arrival.
Arrivals until 4:00 PM the latest. Later arrivals may be arranged if agreed in advance but may be subject to an additional fee.
Owner not present on location.
Arrival between 4:00 and 8:00 PM is subject to a fee of 20€. After 8:00PM an additional fee of 10€ will be charged for each hour of delay. (for example: between 9:00 and 10:00 PM a fee of 40€ would be charged)
Local Key pick up with Ms. Isabel Sanches the property manager (contacts on main page).
Departure until 12:00 (noon).
All linens and towels are provided free of charge.

20% with the reservation and 80% on arrival.
The security deposit is paid on arrival.
