It is two minutes' walk away from La Croisette, Palais des Festivals, and Rue d'Antibes. The flat was luxuriously renovated with high-quality materials, hardwood flooring, and double-glazing. It is fully air-conditioned and has an Orange Box with more than 200 French and international channels, a BluRay / DVD player, Wi-Fi, an iPod dock, and a flat screen TV in the living room. The flat offers a beautiful, equipped terrace. The dining room boasts a large table. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, flat screen television, large cupboards, and a wardrobe. The parking spaces are just 100 meters away. The restaurants and shops are in the immediate vicinity.

This is a prime location to enjoy the beaches and do some shopping. Rue Notre Dame has been redone and is in Cannes' Carre D'Or between La Croisette and Rue d'Antibes. There are varied, famous restaurants nearby. You won't need a car as you can quickly reach the beach, restaurants, and shops.

What makes this apartment unique

I live in the flat with my family when it is not rented out. I think it's very important that this is a comfortable and welcoming space with tasteful decor, which we continue to modernise.

Un havre de paix au coeur de Cannes !

Nous avons séjourné en famille dans cet appartement très agréable, luxueusement rénové, situé en plein centre ville de Cannes et à deux pas des plages. Nous nous y sommes sentis très bien et avons beaucoup profité de son agréable terrasse, au calme. De surcroit, les propriétaires sont charmants. Nous recommandons !
