Apartment with an area of 40 m2 and 38 m2, terrace, located 60 kilometers south-west of Gran Canaria airport, in a building of 9 apartments with one bedroom, kitchen-living room, bathroom, air conditioning, internet free satellite TV. Building up to the sea level, on one level in their access to the beach and just 100 meters from the beach of Mogan. This Apt is available and preferably for up to two adults and two minors, please check other options.
My wife and me where first time celebrating New Year abroad, also first time in Gran Canaria.
In generally we appreciate everything- from really very nice service of property owner - Juan Ramírez. He has met us since arrival, shown all town, nice places for good food (especially sea food), also we have been very nice positively surprised for New Year gift from property owner. Thank's Juan for that - it was really very nice from Your side.
Property is at good place - it is quiet at evening and not far from ocean and very nice harbour for private yachts. Open market is just 200 mtr. from there, supermarket is just under the property. Park for walk, or jogging between palms is also 100 mtr. near by. You can also rent a car local in the same town - that can be cheaper.
We have been warned, that is not warm in winter period- that is not true- all days has been sunny and completely not hot (about 23- 27 C). Ocean warm enough to swim. That is simply ideal !!!
All island is full of flowers. People are relaxed and friendly.
We also enjoyed to have a breakfast of dinned at really big balcony place- here You can see mountain and have closed place from neighbours, but feel free with open sky above You. In case You with to stay at day time at home - You can enjoy sun at balcony in fully privacy. Flat is not so big, but fully enough for family of few persons. Wifi at this flat works perfect if You need to connect with Your colleagues, or friends.
We really very enjoyed to stay there also especially for New Year period.

THE APARTMENT WAS EXCELLENT, VERY CLEAN, WITH A LOVELY BIG BALCONY.JUAN AND HIS WIFE WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND VERY HELPFUL. THE BEACH WAS ONLY A THREE MINUTES WALK AWAY, AND LOADS OF RESTAURANTS CLOSE BY. WE HAD A GREAT HOLIDAY THERE AND WOULD RECOMMEND THIS APARTMENT TO ANYONE LOOKING TO STAY IN PUERTO MOGAN WHICH IS A LOVELY LITTLE TOWN.

Para nosotros el mejor apartamento que podríamos alquilar en Mogán.
Al lado del mar, bien equipado , con una atención inmejorable por parte del dueño y con todas las comodidades. El dueño es una persona en la que se puede confiar sin ninguna duda.
Ah, y la terraza ... genial
Apartamento muy tranquilo y muy bien situado, esta muy bien amueblado y muy cómodo, tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar en unas vacaciones, cocina con menaje más que suficiente, el salón con mucha luz, salida a una terraza muy soleada con mobiliario para descansar. El dormitorio tranquilo.
Playa muy cercana y pueblo con mucho encanto, ideal para pasear y darte unos buenos baños en el mar, hay actuaciones en la plaza al lado del puerto deportivo con mucho encanto.
El propietario es muy amable y servicial, el piso está muy limpio y en muy buen estado.
Vamos todos los años, y seguiremos repitiendo.

The apartment is accessible by bus, if you reserve for stays longer than 14 nights, the owner will transport passengers on trips to and from the airport.
In the beautiful beach and Puerto de Mogan you can enjoy good weather, tranquility, and food from various restaurants in the zone.
In the basement of the apartment there is a large Spar Supermarket chain with a variety of products.
