Great villa and location - we loved it

We were a family of 5 adults and stayed here for 11 nights in April 2018. It was a wonderful stay. The villa is modern, extremely well equipped and a great location for exploring the surrounding towns and villages. The photos reflect the villa very accurately.

Our hosts were excellent though we never needed to contact them during or stay as everything worked very well. The managing agent was responsive and helpful during the booking and check out process though again we had no issues.

Very stylishly decorated in a contemporary style.

A big open kitchen with all amenities was great for communal eating.

Better still is the outside BBQ area which we used a couple of evenings. There were 3 different cooking options, fridge, sink - this whole place is designed four outdoor living.

There are 4 bedrooms downstairs and a bunk bed and shower/WC upstairs.

The master suite is excellent with a large shower and walk in closet. Surprised there was no WC in the master suite. In fact there is only 1 WC downstairs for 4 bedrooms which was a surprise but we managed.

The 3 downstairs bedrooms which we also used were very comfortable. good size and 2 had plenty of clothes hanging space.

The pool is great, well maintained and kept heated. It is quite deep so young children will need to be monitored. The deck area around the pool is superb and very elegant.

Entry is secure via automatic gates which add a welcome sense of privacy and security.

Would need a car to get around. The village is within walking distance but there is not a lot there.

There are so many places to visit from here - Perpignan, Carcassonne, Collioure, Angeles-sur-mer and lots of others. The St Cyprien marina area has several super restaurants - L'Aquarium and Hidalgo recommended. Excellent market in St Cyprien plage on Friday when we were there.

We would have no hesitation recommending this villa and would be very happy to return.

Très propre !

Villa très propre ! Très fonctionnel ! L’equipement et complet et en très bonne état

Nous n’avons pas eu la chance de profiter de la piscine mais l’ensemble des prestations et de très bonne qualité ! Accès facile ! Nous avons pu garer nos deux grosse voiture sans aucune difficulté et la literie est plus que correcte

Les prioritaires sont disponible pour la moindre question ou problème très belle accueil de la part de Cédric ! Si vous venez dans cette région je vous recommande fortement cette villa ! La cuisine extérieur un régale pour profiter du beau temps !
