The master bedroom boast original polished parquet wood floors. The apartment has two contemporary bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a rare full bathtub as well as a separate WC. The kitchen is small and intimate with a little breakfast table, perfect for a quick snack before you step into the theatre of the city that is quite literally at your doorstep.
For centuries the home to Parisian aristocracy, the Marais is very centrally located on the right bank of the Seine and spans the 3rd and 4th arrondissements. Today, it is one of the capital's most desirable districts to call home – and with its mix of twisting little streets, ancient squares, historic buildings and lively bars and restaurants it is not hard to see why. This area allows a visitor to step back in Parisian history simply by roaming the quaint neighborhood. The smell of the freshly baked challah from the Pletzl, Paris' Jewish Quarter, wafts over the cobblestoned streets. Do not miss a stroll round the majestic Place des Vosges or the Musée Picasso. All of Paris is accessible from this special apartment. As an added treat, just a few blocks away, you will find one of the best Parisian pastry shops - La République Pâtissière.
In an ideal layout, the two bedrooms are at completely opposite side of the apartment - perfect for those needing their own space and looking for privacy. One bedroom is overlooking the street (queen bed) while the 2nd bedroom (king or twin beds) is overlooking an interior courtyard. The salon, or living room, is spacious and lined in charming bookshelves. The dining table is connected to the salon that also includes a fireplace and large windows. The street, rue du Perche, is a one-way road and quiet during the day and night, the apartment itself is well isolated. There are 2 bathrooms, one has a shower and the second one has a bathtub. There are two separate toilets, one near the entrance, one near the bathroom with the bathtub. There is also a sofa bed in the salon that sleeps one person.
Manager Lisa Wiedemann, has extensive hospitality-industry credentials starting her career by managing guest services at the Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. Lisa was the sole owner of 3 award-winning Bed and Breakfast destinations and a Partner and General Manager of a 48-room, luxury boutique hotel in Austin, Texas for more than a decade. Most recently, Lisa was the head of a thriving hospitality group with multiple properties in a range of locations and hundreds of employees. Lisa's focus is on helping her guests have the most wonderful time in Paris!
The apartment is in a perfect location. It is close to everything you could need, supermarket, markets, bakery. The street is quiet but right around the corner is everything. It is within walking distance of major attractions, and never several metro stations.
The neighborhood is great and after exploring the city for the week we found that it was our favorite place to be.

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment. Everything was as described. Our stay began with a key hand-off and brief orientation by the property manager. The beds were very comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Two bathrooms a plus for family. A little noise from the front bedroom windows--street celebrations during the Euro games! Just around the corner is Cafe Breizh-- buckwheat crepes and cidre-- not to be missed! Get lost in the neighborhood for more food and tiny shops. Very close to Marche des Enfants Rouge (market). We were sad to leave.
With two children and 3 adults this apartment was a great fit for us - The spaces were nice and clean. We had a couple of appliance issues and Nico the PM was very helpful. The location is central and easy to get just about anywhere we wanted. It is about a 10min walk to the Metro, but if you allow for that you will have success. Thank you for a great Paris visit!

We loved our stay in the Marais at this perfect apartment. We were there for 8 nights and enjoyed every minute of it. The apartment is so big and having the 2 bedrooms on either end of the apartment really gave us a sense of privacy. Thank you and we'll be back!

We could not have been happier staying anywhere else in Paris! This apartment was just as represented on the site. Absolutely charming, and extremely clean comfortable. The Marais is our favorite neighborhood, and this apartment is on a quiet street, just steps away from all of the shops and cafes. We were thrilled that the the kitchen was well equipped with cooking supplies, and were able to cook lovely dinners for ourselves. I don't think we'll ever stay in a hotel in Paris again! The host of this apartment pays great attention to detail and we would love to stay there again!

Please note there are neither sales nor bed tax to charge you on top of your rate. Due to our buildings regulations, we do have a mandatory insurance damage waiver which is $50 and covers up to $3000 worth of damage during your stay. Payment can be made via Home Away Secure or credit card with a deposit of 25% at the time of booking and full payment due 30 days prior to check in. We cannot guarantee the dates until the deposit is made. Our cancellation policy states that if you cancel prior to 30 days before check-in, the deposit will be returned minus a $250 processing fee. In the case of cancellation, after full payment is made and within 30 days of check in, we will refund the entire payment only if we successfully re-book the entire duration of the reserved dates.
