A wonderful apartment, completely renovated and just in front of the sea.
In the good season is great eating in the seaview terrace caressed by the breeze. When the sun is too hot in the apartment is sufficient to open the windows to not ever suffer the heat. Then if you want to relax on the beach, right in front there is a beautiful and wide sandy beach, with free admission and the opportunity to rent everything you need. If you like the beach but the confusion scares you, then you just set out on the 3 km of natural beach, where you will be alone, or nearly so, even in August.
The winter, on the other side, what is more beautiful than to light the fireplace and watch the stormy sea from the window?
The flat has beautiful view which the only good thing about it. There are many things can be done to the flat to make it more appealing. To start with is the WiFi which was the poorest net i ever used. It was really bad and not reliable at all . Then the bottom cushions in the Living room Sofa. If you sit on it for more 30 minutes you will find your self fallen out of the sofa then you have to fix the cushions and so on. Some of the kitchen appliances were dirty and not cleaned properly after the last tenant. The potato peeler was rusted. Both toilets are loose/broken. The shower head splashes water everywhere if you use more water pressure. The large bathroom window can not be closed once it is opened. Although we paid for towels and bed linens, we were provided with one set of bed sheets for 5 days.
We really loved this place! The appartment was clean and there was enough space for 4 adults and 3 kids under 9 years old.
Only minus side was the lack of dish washer and some kitchen tools.
The owners were also fantastic! They helped us when one of the kids got sick and they even offered to drive us to the hospital in the middle of night, if necessary.
Passo Oscuro is also s lovely town, with almost no other tourists in June. The beach is gorgeous and very suitable for kids, because the water was low near the beach.
You get easily to Rome by bus, so no car is neseccary.
My family spent 19 days in June this year. It was a fabulous stay and we recommend it to everybody who loves a calm stay in the countywide with a clean sandy beach just 50 meters from house. At the beginning we had a challenge with WI-FI and Carlo the landlord solved it by buying a new antenna. Easy like that! He was always helpful and ready to assist.
MOAI beach is another local attraction and by far the best beach over there. Get to know Michelangelo, the owner and you have another extremely nice person you can have a chat with in English.
"Spacious, clean and modestly furnished flat. Privacy provided with a beautiful sea view. We have been very satisfied."
"Very nicely located, very quiet, perfect if you want to have a beach and a city-holiday."

Coming from Rome, just before the 30 km of the Aurelia, bear right and follow the signs for Passoscuro.
At 15 min by car from Leonardo da Vinci, Rome international airport.
Passoscuro is a great base for exploring the beautiful Rome, but at the evening to escape its chaos and its smog.
With 5 minutes by car you arrive at the Palidoro's station, where you can take the train and quickly reach the center of Rome (21 min. for the S. Pietro's station, 27 min. fo Trastevere's station).
In Passoscuro are numerous restaurants where you can eat excellent fish at competitive prices.
If you are interested in discovering the rich natural habitat of the Roman littoral is possible to visit one of the three WWF's protected ares near Passoscuro.
Nearby, worth visiting the castle of Torre in Pietra with his beautiful winery (http://www.castelloditorreinpietra.it/) and and the village of Ceri
For lovers of the lake and nature is not to miss a
