This bright and airy apartment, boasts traditional features such as high ceilings and a Maltese timber balcony overlooking St. Paul's Street. The well-appointed 100 sqm property, has been recently renovated and finished to a very high standard, with amenities that one would expect to find in 5-star accommodation, yet still offering a cosy and intimate setting. The apartment is located on the first floor and is accessible by elevator.

The property is in a prestigious neighborhood, a stone throw away from the city center and major attractions such as the Upper Barrakka Gardens, St John’s Cathedral and the Auberge De Castille. Furthermore, the neighborhood also boasts two bakeries, cafes and some unique boutiques.

Our esteemed guests are welcome to make use of a spacious communal roof top garden which is shared with only another two apartments in the block. The garden boasts a sheltered area with lounge furniture and 2 barbecue areas for guests to use at their convenience.

The highlight of the garden is that guests can enjoy breath-taking views of the Grand Harbour entrance, the sea beyond and the city’s sky line – the perfect place to unwind and relax.

Very good location as it is very central close to all city attractions. The area is very quite and clean.Very glad that i own this beautiful apartment. The Views of the grand harbour are speechless.Also we are 5 minutes by walk from the main bus terminal.

What makes this apartment unique

Valletta Apartments 19 is with high ceilings,very bright and fully complete apartment which in our opinion we believe that our clients deserve the best.Dedication, care and effort that we spent to give to our clients a home from home.We are really satisfied with the final results of the apartment.Also a Maltese traditional wooden balcony in the main bedroom looking in st Paul street is another space to enjoy and appreciate from the upper part of St Paul street the old buildings of the city.Complimenting this apartment there is an elevator in the block that leads to the roof terrace.The terrace views are speechless of the grand harbour from the shared roof garden areas full of plants and many furniture . One can relax while on holiday and enjoy living in a very peaceful block and also in a historical city.The block consists of only 3 apartments.

Valletta Apartments 19 Apt 2 is ideally located in the center of Malta's Capital City in the well know St Paul street upper part area seconds away from the Malta tourism authority office, St. John Cathedral Square and the Republic High Street with its shops ideal for evening strolling. Excellent restaurants and open air cafes abound. Modern Sliema and St. Julian are comfortably 20 minutes away by bus or 10 minutes by ferry. Buses to all destinations in Malta leave from the terminal a 5 min walk away.

This spacious 100 square meters apartment has also Traditional Maltese wooden balcony looking on St Paul street. No hidden charges such as extra charge for cleaning and usage of air-condition etc

A car is not necessary for getting around Valletta,

Sliema Water Taxi 5 minutes walk away • City Center 2 minutes walk away • Bus Terminus 4 minutes walk away • Plenty of Wine Bars and good Restaurants in close proximity • Lots of Museums in close proximity.

An excellent host who seems to think of everything. Apartment is modern and comfortable with access to a rooftop terrace that has incredible views of the island. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Excellent Apartment , Well situated.

Perfect location for exploring Valletta and only a short walk from the bus station to see the rest of the island. The apartment is well furnished and has all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Excellent views from the roof terrace. Patrick was very helpful in answering questions leading up to the holiday and his property manager ,Daniel, was ecellent when we arrived. We would definitly use the apartment again if we return to Malta.

Unbeatable customer service and apartment!!

We had 4 wonderful nights at Valletta Apartments 19. Right from the first contact through to check-out, Patrick was an incredible host. He leaves no stone unturned and has anticipated every guest's needs with a well-equipped modern comfortable apartment in the heart of Valletta.

As a group of 4 adults, we needed to use both beds in the second smaller bedroom. While it was certainly a squeeze, there is ample cupboard space (and hangers!!!) to store your belongings and then we just kept our luggage tucked away in the living room. The smaller bedroom did not detract at all from our stay.

Any review must include mention of the fabulous roof terrace that is shared with the other two apartments in the block (also owned by Patrick). It was truly our outdoor living room that was perfect for sunrise yoga, an afternoon siesta on the long chairs, a sundowner on the top terrace, or a night cap at the dining table (or all of the above...!!)

Thank you Patrick for being far and away the most professional and reliable person who we dealt with for our 2 weeks in Malta. Keep up the great work and hope to see you again in the future!

The location of the apartment was ideal for exploring Valletta on foot and the rest of Malta by bus. We had everything we needed in the apartment and particularly enjoyed breakfasting on the roof terrace. Patrick was a great hos and the welcome pack was great. Thank you

Sea View Terrace In The Best Part Of Town

I studied a lot of other places in Valetta on the various rental sites, and Patrick's apartments offered the best value, by far:

1. Great Location

5. Good Wifi

Have you ever wished you could stay in the best part of a capital city, but still have a sea view? Well, there we were, staying in beautiful Valletta, just 1&1/2 blocks away from the sunny, hilltop piazzas with the Prime Minister's office, the Malta Stock Exchange, the Kavalier Arts Center, and near the Upper Barakka Gardens.

But wait, there's more...quite a bit more in fact. On the big rooftop terrace we were also able to enjoy beautiful views of the harbor, past the lighthouses, out to the Mediterranean, with its many types of vessels coming and going - traditional Maltese dghajsas rowing back and forth to the 3 cities across the bay, small sail boats, yachts, all the way up to cruise ships steaming through the harbor entry.

We had the unique opportunity to stay in 2 of Patrick's 3 lovely apartments - #1 and #3. The European floor system means that #3 was on the 4th floor, BUT, no worries here, Patrick just had an elevator installed in early 2017. This was a big relief, since we don't travel light!

As for indoors, the apartments are bigger than any European hotel rooms we've ever stayed in, with a modern kitchen - fridge, freezer, stove/oven, sink, and kitchen table; a living room, with a comfy couch, which pulls out if needed, a master BR, and an extra smaller BR with a single bed.

The BR's are on 1 end, followed by the entry way, living room, hallway, kitchen, and full bathroom with shower.

Wifi & TV - I was able to work efficiently via the internet in both apartments. Though we ate most meals out, we were able to enjoy meals here too- cheeses, fresh breads, sausages, olives, and wines from Wembley's shop, and a greengrocer's, (huge strawberries), a few blocks away.

The 2 apartments' layout is the same - I think they're around 100 sq. mtrs. They differ in artwork/decor - #1 has more of an Asian feel, with artwork depicting Buddha, traditional Maltese tiles. #3: tan tiles, modern art, floral; attractive natural wood doors, cabinetry, and bed frame.
