Love the place.
Long stay at Torino
Great place to stay at a great location for those travelling by train. On the terrace, there is a great view of Torino with the mountains in the distance. The apartment was fitted with everything I needed and Luca was very helpful.
Great place, excellent location. Would have given a 5 star if the roof was in better condition. But overall the view is spectacular
Loved this unique quirky studio apartment
We had a lovely time in this unique studio apartment in very central Torino. We were lucky to have beautiful weather that allowed us to enjoy the roof terrace.
Luca was a great host, he kept in touch and answered any queries very quickly.
We would love to visit Torino again and stay in this apartment
Super place to stay in central Torino
This is a very special and sort of funky place to stay, which I was lucky enough to find when it wasn't booked. It's small and minimalist, but equipped with everything you'd need - loved having things like salt, pepper, oil , etc., already there and some one had even left their Aperol. Even a dishwasher & washing machine (which I didn't need, but it was there). Cooking is possible (no oven) but space is small.
It is in short walking distance from (virtually next to) the train station and numerous buses--including the airport bus and the cool Metro (pristine, clean). The Tourist Info. booth is across the street from the Station, so very nearby, and they are really helpful.
Being on the top floor (with an elevator) in one of the classic old Torino buildings with an arcade was a kick. The place is very light, and if you have a strong arms you can get the added pleasure of the roof deck (it has an iron grating trap door which lets lots of light in but is heavy to open and close, but the deck is worth the effort -- if I, a 77-yr old grandma can do it, you can). 360-degree view of Turin and the surrounding hills/valleys. And, on a clear day, you can even see Sacra di San Michele over there sitting on its peak in the Val di Susa.
Luca was so helpful and easy to deal with. Very responsive to email or texting. He wasn't in town at the time I was there, but his delightful friend, Alessandra, met me and got me settled into the apartment.
Torino was also a great city with lots of interesting places to see. Very clean and friendly. I urge you to go and to stay at Luca's.
Small but perfectly formed studio flat in top Turin location
This is a small, but perfectly formed flat with all the essentials for a peaceful holiday. The roof terrace with gas BBQ provides a wonderful view across Turin and surrounding mountains and we spent several relaxing evenings there. The steps and heavy glass door to the terrace take a little negotiation but this becomes better with practice. The flat is in a gorgeous old building a few steps away from a main train station and numerous bus and tram lines. The owner is very nice and conscientious and was a great help from booking until departure. Recommended!
Centrally located, namely in C.so Vittorio, and 'easy access to all public transports (train, bus, subway, airport shuttle). The shuttle stop which connects the airport is under the house and also the metro station "Re Umberto" is less than 50 meters from the entrance.
You get to walk all the points of interest. In the area there are Piazza San Carlo, Via Roma, Piazza Bodoni, the Valentino Park, the Porta Nuova train station, ... and any appeal of the center.
