Property is located in a very rundown neighborhood. Several dogs barker excessively night and day, two 55 plus garbage cans were near full though out my stay. The rear patio was full or trash ang unsightly. Lock on front gate was difficult to close. Plants on front patio are dried and near dead. Sprinkler/drip watering system does not work or water is off. Shower was difficult to adjust. Television service worked intermittently. I would compare the rental unit to a squatters shack in old Mexico.
Sir, thank you for taking the time to show everyone how hateful and mean you are. Considering you are the "only" hateful review it doesn't have impact on smart individuals who are tired of hate in our world.
Your review is maliciously hurtful accompanied by racist euphemism , the documented vandalism to my property is what fuels this review. When you spoke to me you never mentioned any problems thereby not giving me an opportunity to correct anything, your issues are obviously not with my property...it was so unnecessary to intentionally and maliciously alter locks to my home and create fear to myself and my child. Eluding to a false break in because it is Albuquerque, Hispanic and "Breaking Bad"... Shame on you. Vandalism will be taken to the justice system. Nothing was ever mentioned during your stay of any issues, the trash was inaccessible for me to take to the curb for you. The television had a 5 minute glitch. Your stinky cigarette chain-smoking on the patio left a mess and was completely disrespectful. Vandalism is wrong and unlawful. Hate is a personality flaw and not welcomed in my home.
Nice cozy spot to stay
Just right for 1, comfortable place to spend the week. Highly recommended if you'll be hiking all week like I was, steam bath is great after a long day in the mountains. Easy access to I-40 was also helpful, making it a great jumping-off point to anywhere.
Lovely comfortable casita in perfect location to do anything. Had a few issues with neighbors doggies and an interior issue but ANDRIA solved it all. She is great to deal with! We hope to return.
Charming and c.omfortable casita
I loved this place. It’s very quiet, set back off the road, very secure, and very Albuquerque. One could not have a better location: walking distance to Old Town, close to a terrific coffee shop, and a longer walk to the Boskey and the Rio Grande. The kitchen was well set up, and Andrea was extremely responsive.
Beautiful and comfortable casita!
Our family - 2 adults and 2 kids - loved our stay. The location is excellent - just off I40, near Old Town. Short walk to amazing coffee at Cutbow Coffee (run by a New Mexico native who learned his skills roasting at Peet's Coffee in Berkeley) and the Range Cafe, a solid local chain. It's a short walk through the neighborhood to paths along the Rio Grande.
The house was super comfortable and nicely furnished with some great art. We didn't use the kitchen for much (we were visiting my parents who live in the neighborhood) but it seemed well stocked. The bathroom was great and both beds were really comfy. Tons of closet and storage space. It was far too cold to hang out outside but in other seasons the front and back patios would be excellent places to hang out.
Andrea was the perfect hostess and really easy to work with. We will be back!
A great Casita!
My family thoroughly enjoyed having this simple, yet complete setting to return to every day. It is also conveniently located for for getting out of Albuquerque, or visiting sites in Albuquerque. We did have a few questions and needed to communicate with Alexandra - she responded in record time - so, the brief moments of tension were immediately resolved!
It served all of our needs.
Thank you so much!
You were wonderful guests. I sincerely appreciate how considerate and kind you were to myself and the casita. I hope to see you in the future.
Very convenient location with freeway access a few blocks away. Walking distance to Old Town Albuquerque with shopping/ restaurants and Historic San Felipe De Neri Parish. 1/2 mile North on Rio Grande Blvd is a local Coop grocery store owned by local farmers and scenic drive through Los Ranchos De Albuquerque towards Corrales.
