Rob Bryant purchased this townhome in 2007
We purchased at solitude for the rare combination of world class skiing on deserted slopes, a fun village and pool area for the kids, and the easy access from Salt Lake City. The cross country skiing from the village is hard to beat, and the mountain biking, hiking and trail running in the summer is world class.
Relaxing in front of a wood burning fire after a fun day skiing with family with a mountain view is hard to beat.
3 level condo with lots of room to sleep including 2 Master Bedrooms with king beds and a third bedroom with a queen and a total of 7 kids bunks. And a crib. Comfy TV room on bottom level and plenty of space to entertain and feed 10 folks on the second level. Very short walk to slopes and two outstanding restaurants. Very pleasant and accommodating owner. Great choice for sprawling multi-generational group.
Our family had a fantastic time. This is one of the few times when the actual house was better than the pictures. It was perfect for all of us. The owner was also incredible helpful and accessible. I would highly recommend staying here.
We have stayed at solitude for the last 4 summers but this townhome is now on the top of the list! We will be back, This property was extremely clean and mainained One of my favorite activities was not getting back in the car for 5 days, everything I needed was available.!!!!! Hiking, swimming and moose hunting how much better does it get? Thanks again
What a fantastic experience we had. 6 adults and 4 children fit easily into this large, beautiful town home. The pictures don't do it justice, this place is bigger and better than we expected. And well worth the cost. Thanks!
Bigger space than expected. Very comfortable. Nice kitchen, comfortable beds, and a few hundred yards from the lifts and hot tub...
The home is clean, spacious and comfortable with room to spare for our group of 8. We were two sets of grandparents with the adored twin boys and their parents and each family had their own level and their own bathroom. The location of the home is divine; we scooted out the back door, down the steps and went 30 steps to the center of the village. The 5 year old boys walked it easily in their ski boots. We appreciated so very much the well stocked kitchen. We bought lots of food at Trader Joes and easily cooked and ate breakfast and dinner at home. We didn't have to buy (and leave) all the basics; seasonings, condiments, paper products etc. It was great! There are even toys for the kids to play with and books to read. This home feels like a home, not a stripped down rental. There is a hairdryer in one bathroom and the house has wi-fi. Rob was very helpful and responded quickly when we had a question. We are already planning to come back here next year. Oh, and the skiing was out of this world! Best trip ever.
Solitude Mountain Resort lives up to its name in both winter and summer. In the winter, Solitude receives on average over 500 inches of the greatest snow on earth. Lift lines are a rarity, and you can make fresh tracks days after the last storm. There is cross country skiing and snowshoeing from the village, and an open air ice rink available to those who still have energy remaining after their day on the slopes. Club solitude is home to a game room, large TV, pool table and workout facilities. The open air pool has 2 hot tubs, and a pool that is heated year round. In the summer the mountain biking and hiking trails are among the best utah has to offer. Guardsmans pass is open in the summer to allow a scenic drive, and access to all that Park City has to offer in under 40 minutes. The 2 restaurants in the village provide world class fare, and the pizza from the Stonehaus Pizza store is a must eat event. 2 miles down canyon the rustic charm and giant breakfasts and dinners from Silver Fork restaurant should not be missed.

The stairs leading to the village accumulate snow very quickly. They will be shoveled on your arrival, but if you choose to use the stairs, you will be responsible for the snow removal during your stay.
Snow removal around the garage, and deck leading to the front door is managed by the Solitude HOA.
