The house can comfortably host up to 6 people and has a private, enclosed, tree-filled garden which is not overlooked.

It is 30 m away from the beach.

The heart of the hamlet of Kervoyal is 3 minutes away on foot, with 2 restaurants and an ice-cream man. During the season, you will find a grocery shop which delivers fresh bread every morning and a market on Wednesdays.

The main village (Damgan) is 3 km away (5 minutes by bike, riding along the length of the large beach) with shops and a market on Tuesdays and Saturdays.

The small Port de Penerf, with its oyster aquaculturists and its crustacean holding tanks are 6 km away (15 minutes by bike with the cycle path running through the beach)

The sailing schools are located just a few minutes between the house and Port de Penerf.

There is a bicycle rental shop in Damgan where you can rent bikes for children as well as accessories (child seats, bike trailers...), and there are 2 adult bikes that are already included in the rental price.

Free tennis courts (5 minutes away by bike) which you can book at the town hall, and you can also book an instructor.

La maison est très mal entretenue et celle-ci était sale à notre arrivée.

Portail cassé, Volet d'une chambre où il manque un morceau (si celui-ci n'est pas réparé, il va finir par tomber), palissade du jardin cassée, dalle de la terrasse cassée, jardin mal entretenu (haie volumineuse et non taillée, présence d'une souche sur le terrain), Ustensiles de cuisine cassés, sales ou obsolètes, électricité vétuste (présence de fils et de dominos non protégés), moisissures dans la salle de bain (murs et fenêtres), peinture intérieure passée, odeur et tâches de gazole dans le garage près de la chaudière, garage et débarras encombrés d'objets cassés laissés en vrac.

Le propriétaire s'est engagé à me dédommager mais je n'ai aucune nouvelle de lui à ce jour.

Une réclamation a été faite auprès du site avec envoi de photos à l'appuie.

Afin d'anticiper la réponse du propriétaire, nous n'avons rien cassé ni volé dans la maison. Notre constat recoupe l'avis laissé par d'autres locataires en mars 2016, ce qui au passage signifie que le portail est cassé depuis cette date et continue à s'abimer.

Louer la maison dans ces conditions n'est pas admissible et peut s’avérer dangereux pour la sécurité des personnes (barrière cassée pour les jeunes enfants, électricité non conforme, volet de l'étage qui va finir par tomber, pollution du garage...).

A ne pas entretenir un bien, il se dégrade en toute logique. C'est la première fois que nous rencontrons des problèmes de ce type et c'est très regrettable.

Très déçus

Outre le fait que la maison soit vraiment moins bien entretenue qu'elle n'y paraît, outre une propreté relative et l'état du matériel en général à revoir...il est tout à fait détestable de se trouver sans chauffage pendant 48 h appeler attendre le plombier... Parce que la chaudière sans fuel s'est arrêtée... En plein hiver avec 3 enfants ! Monsieur s'étant engagé à nous dédommager de la moitié du prix de la location nous décidions d'être indulgents.. Mais cela fait un mois et sans nouvelles... Évidemment me direz vous peut être ? Tellement déçus.

Owner's Response: La chaudière est effectivement tombée en panne et le plombier est intervenu dans les 24 heures. Je n'ai effectivement pas voulu confirmer ma proposition de compensation quand j'ai pu vérifier que le portail avait été cassé par les locataires et non par le vent comme ils l'avaient prétendu. Heureusement ce type de comportement est très rare. L'ensemble des locataires respecte la maison qu'ils apprécient apprécie.

Maison de famille à recommander

Bon accueil à l'arrivée. Maison conforme à ce qui est proposé. Hébergement correct pour 4 adultes et 2 enfants. Chambres agréables avec très bonne literie. Maison sur terrain clos et spacieux.Un petit bémol pour le stationnement. Nous avons passé un excellent week-end en famille.

Merci d'avoir répondu à nos attentes et à une autre fois peut-être.

Very relaxing stay in a beautiful area

We have had a very enjoyable stay. So quiet and relaxing. The house is so well located with a very short walk to the beach, which is beautiful. We have enjoyed a full week of beautiful sunsets and long walks. The house is well equipped and comfortable, and has a real charm.

We did not want to leave at the end of the week. So thank you !

Excellent séjour !

Nous avons loué cette maison à 6 personnes pour une nuit.

Le premier contact a été très rapide. Mr Giorgis est sérieux, très avenant et rassurant. Il nous a donné pleins de précisions et de conseils concernant les choses à visiter, les restaurants, etc. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et très bien conseillés. La maison est très agréable et vraiment bien placée. Je recommande fortement !

Séjour très confortable et endroit superbe

La maison est vraiment agréable avec une belle cheminée et quasiment sur la plage et le village de Kervoyal magnifique. Nous avons passé un super séjour trop court à réessayer au printemps.
