Comfortable, spacious (105sqm) and very quiet, garden level raised of one floor on the terrace side, and overlooking the park (royal palms, olive trees, flowers) and the pool of a luxury residence with caretaker. Useful in the centre of Cannes: parking in secure underground garage. Apartment, all modern comforts. Wireless, television, WIFI. Baby equipment.

A single-storey apartment. 12 min walk away from the Palais des Festivals, and the beaches. All shops and amenities very near. Self-catering kitchen: dish washer, washing machine, fridge, freezer, and induction hob plate, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave oven, oven, steam cooker, scales, iron, ironing board, table, chairs. Precisely what you need during the rental. On the outdoor terrace, on the garden and pool side: tables, 6 chairs and 2 reclining armchairs. Pool open and accessible only to the residents, including the tenants. A special space is available for children at an early age. The park is only for the use of the residents, the owners or the tenants. The single-storey apartment is convenient for the seniors and the children at an early age.

Very nice apartment

The apartment it like in photos, the owners Alice and Josic are very good people, we have been late because of the traffic , and they wait us after 10 pm with a "welcome package" and gave us all the details about the apartment, suroundings and everything we need. The contact was by phone or by email with prompt answers. You can find all you need from toilet paper to WIFI fast internet.

Parking place on the secure basement is a plus for people who come by car.

The only problem , for the people with little children is the distance to the beach by foot, it take about 30 minutes and the problem when you come back to the apart. (sun and climb)

Owner's Response: Thank you very much for your comment. We were pleased to welcome you at best, after such a long journey. Also, thank you to your wife, who had not forgotten its French! I just wanted to clarify that Cannes has lucky to have many kilometers of white sandy beaches, and the nearest of our apartment is only from 10 to 14 minutes walk: it is the one located near the Palais des Festivals. I had advised you Bijou Plage, furthest, in fact, but very beautiful, because your two sons are teenagers, athletes. I thought you would enjoy the pretty fishes, and another point of view of the bay of Cannes. We are lucky, too, to have busses, when it is very sunny: one euro and 3-5mn and you are at home. It will be necessary to come back for another holiday to continue exploring Cannes!

Just perfect

we were there 4 adults and one 12 months baby and for 10 days we had one of the best experiences.

starting from our arrival, Alice (the owner) made all possible to have a perfect start, she was helpful in advising best places in Cannes, best restaurants, we even had a map and time table for the exhibitions that were in Cannes for the period we stayed there.

apartment very clean, close to all attractions, big and having all the things you might need for a perfect time away from your home; you can actually feel like home sometimes :)

Très bonnes vacances dans un appartement de standing

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille dans un appartement climatisé, bien agencé et proche de toutes les commodités, le plus étant la piscine avec un bassin pour les petits, très appréciable.

Les propriétaires ont été très accueillants et nous recommandons fortement cette location.

Appartement avec du potentiel mais son état ne justifie en aucun cas le prix demandé. Beaucoup trop de choses vieillottes et non fonctionnels.

La déco et la propreté est à revoir dans son intégralité.

L'appartement a subi un dégât des eaux et a besoin d'être totalement revu. Situé au Rdc il est très sombre et la seule logia disponible ouverte nous demande de traverser les chambres.

Owner's Response: J’ai coutume d’accueillir, et avec grand plaisir, tant pour les congrès que les vacances, des hôtes heureux de leurs séjours, dans un appartement spacieux et confortable, avec 2 salles de bains, piscine, garage, bien situé. Aussi suis-je interrogée par les surprenantes allégations, totalisatrices de M. Benoit B. Je regrette de n’avoir pu accueillir moi-même, comme à l'accoutumée, ces hôtes. Au téléphone, j’ai informé Mme B. que j’étais contrainte de m’absenter à l’étranger pour raison grave de santé; une amie, Mme X. propriétaire rompue à ce type cette gestion, rigoureuse quant à la propreté, m’a suppléée. Au lieu d'annuler cette réservation pour « cas de force majeure », j’ai eu à coeur de trouver une solution. -Mme X. s’est heurtée à un premier souci: M. Benoit B. n’avait pas prévu le règlement du solde à l’arrivée, comme précisé dans le contrat. Embarrassée, elle a dû opposer à leurs dénégations, le contrat et un échange mail. Elle a accepté le risque d’un règlement différé. Elle a répondu aux nombreuses demandes de Mme B., et s'est déplacée plusieurs fois, pour apporter un couteau à beurre, un couvert à salade, une manique... Il m’est aisé de répondre à M. Benoit B., je le cite : -1 «...un dégât des eaux et a besoin d'être totalement revu ».Non. La fuite était venue par le centre du plafond de notre salle d'eau salle n°2. Uniquement! Elle était lessivée, propre. Ne manquaient que de petites reprises des peintures, faites dès mon retour. -2 « la déco…à revoir...»: mes photos étaient strictement conformes à la réalité! Et Mme X, s'était chargée du ménage soigné. -3":trop de choses vieillottes et non fonctionnels » Non.Tout fonctionnait: du WIFI aux deux sèche-cheveux... Pour exemple, la cuisine est neuve: février 2016. Le beau bureau, le bahut, sont en merisier massif, en très bon état. Peintures en 2015. Etc... -4 "la seule loggia…traverser les chambres": Non. La loggia s’ouvre sur la cuisine et le séjour, la terrasse sur le jardin méditerranéen. -5 Le prix de la location de haute saison est tout à fait en adéquation avec les prestations, garage, piscine, surface, situation, de l’appartement. M. Benoit B et sa famille avaient séjourné en 2015 dans une banlieue cannoise. Les prix sont différents. -6 Enfin, comme le reconnaît M. Benoit B., l’appartement a «du potentiel ».Je m' efforce de l’améliorer constamment, dans le souci d’accueillir nos hôtes au plus près de leurs attentes. C’est mon devoir, et un vrai plaisir.

Très agréable

Appartement très agréable. Un peu éloigné du centre et des plages mais tout se fait quand même à pied . Les propriétaires sont charmants et disponibles . La climatisation dans les chambres est très agréable surtout cette année !!!! La piscine est facilement accessible . L'appartement est très bien équipé .

Un petit de panier de bienvenue est offert gracieusement par les propriétaires .

Propriétaire très convivial , souriant et arrangeant. Facilite le séjour en répondant rapidement. Rien à ajouter aux qualités du logement qui se sont vérifiées

( proximité centre ville, calme, équipement, etc. ).

La piscine , période très chaude voire canicule lors du séjour , était un véritable atout d'autant plus qu'un gardien assure la bonne tenue du lieu. A conseiller vivement pour envisager par ailleurs de nouveau cette une location pour nos prochaines vacances.

Very well located apartment in the centre of Cannes, quiet, 5 min walk away from the railway stations. Within 12 min walk away from the Palais des Festivals, on la Croisette, and on the beaches.

At 150m: restaurants, cafés, baker, all commoditees.

You are 3 min drive away from the car parks close to these places.

For shopping, you will walk 6 min to reach the Antibes Street or the typical Meynadier Street, the Forville and Gambetta markets. Cannes offers a multitude of activities and entertainments, all year round: cinemas, theatres, concerts, conferences, meetings. You will appreciate the Castre Museum and its shadowed square, its exhibitions, the effervescence of its conventions, its festivals. Near, you will appreciate the charming and flowery villages of Mougins Vieux-Village, Saint Paul de Vence, but also Grasse and its fragrance museums, Antibes. Shuttles will lead you to the heavenly Lérins isles. The Nice airport is 25 km away from the apartment.
