Over-sized 1 Bedroom (queen bed and bunk bed) sleeps 6!

This over-sized, one bedroom unit, in the heart of Center Village has beautiful mountain views and is fully equipped for all of your family needs. Everything is updated to include: stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, new leather sofa sleeper and a new leather loveseat. The bedroom has a beautiful queen bed and twin over twin bunk beds with a 32' flat screen TV. All of the wood furniture in the living and dining rooms are custom made by a local furniture maker!

You can’t beat this location! There is nothing better than being in the heart of Center Village without the noise of the concerts and music that come with being right at the lifts. The ski locker on the 1st floor makes it convenient to leave your skis behind and grab them on your way out of the building. You can walk to the main lifts (American Eagle or American Flyer) or enjoy the fact that Passage Point is directly on the shuttle route (which takes you to the ski schools in Union Creek/West Village). The shuttle also takes you to East Village where the amazing sledding hill is located. This building has some of the best amenities in Copper Mountain. We have two huge, outdoor hot tubs and a large outdoor heated pool. The fitness room has everything you could need and is equipped with a large sauna and showers. The heated parking garage and elevators make the unpacking and transporting process comfortable and easy. There is also a laundry room on the second floor should the need arise.

We have two restaurants on the first floor: CB Grille and Mahi Tacos. You can also walk the extra 2 minutes to just about any type of cuisine you are craving. We truly are in the heart of it all making this building ideal.

Winter Fun: Only a two minute walk to the lift or grab the shuttle for ski school right in front of the building. If skiing isn't your thing, the ice skating rink is catty-cornered to the building or you can catch the shuttle to East Village to enjoy the tubing hill. There is also a snowshoeing trail directly west of the building.

Summer Fun: Copper truly is a best-kept secret in the summer. They have a summer activities program that includes the Wrectangle, bumper boats, zip-lining, miniature golf, rock-climbing, disc golf…just to name a few. EVERY weekend they have a festival or event that gives Copper a vibrant energy all summer long. The mountain bike/hiking trails are all well marked on the mountain or you can catch the Vail Pass trail directly out the front door of the building.

Hi, we are Scott and Joanne Harris. We currently live in Copper Mountain, Colorado. We loved Copper so much we moved her full-time with our two kids and dog. We also love sharing our beautiful retreats with guests who will treat the units as if they were their own.

Scott and I both graduated from the Air Force Academy and now enjoy raising our two kiddos, Colin and Cara. Colin and Cara are on the Team Summit so we are usually around the area should you need anything during your stay!

Why Joanne Harris chose Copper Mountain

We love the Passage Point building because of the location and the amenities. It has the best pools/hot tubs in Copper. We also have little kiddos so we love the proximity to the shuttle for ski school. We also love the size of this unit! We can comfortably sleep the four of us in a bedroom and still have Grandma come visit for the night.

What makes this condo unique

We absolutely love the views out of all the windows in this unit. We are looking southwest so we have amazing sunshine all afternoon which really gives the unit a warm feel.

Nice place with a great location

We really enjoyed this condo. It is a good location close to the slopes. I was surprised by the bunk beds in addition to a queen bed in the bedroom. This way my kids didn’t have to use the sleeper sofa. The kitchen is a good size. We enjoyed the sunny deck. The Christmas lights on the deck are a nice touch.

Passage point is a nice building with nice outdoor hot tubs and a good fitness room as well. My only complaint is there isn’t enough elevators so you might be waiting longer than expected. But, that is what stairs are for.

We will be back.

Awesome condo even better location!

This condo is one of the best spots we have stayed at in Copper. The location was fantastic and the condo was extremely comfortable and functional. You can tell there was a lot of thought put into the details. In the bathroom, there are mounted baskets on the walls for all of your wet ski gear. We had our family of 4 up and although it is only a one bedroom it did not seem cramped at all. The bunk beds in the bedroom along with the Queen bed created plenty of sleep space. We were very satisfied all around and will definitely be renting this unit again in the future.

Wonderful accommodations!

It's a bit of a challenge to check in if you have a shuttle since you'll be taking all your gear out and check in is in a different building, but once you're here, the location of this condo is perfect! The hot tubs were great after long days of skiing 💖?
