High-end granite, all new stainless appliances, and cabinets, glass tile, many lighting options, the main living area in the unit is classy yet comfortable and is just fun to relax in. From knockdown ceilings, custom woodwork, new crown molding throughout,new trim and doors, all new mechanicals, this unit is brand new! This unit looks straight down the beach access literally. It has plush tropical setting looking outside at your surroundings! This unit is located across the street from the JW Marriott Resort, and is a 100ft from the beautiful beach. The unit includes 2 large LED/LCD tv's with cable and free high speed wireless internet. There is a desk in the unit and a multi-function wi-fi printer if you must work. The bedroom is largest 1BD condo in the building and features a coastal bedroom set with a king size bed. The bedroom layout is larger more unique that the majority of units in the building. The Pottery Barn couch has a queen size pullout. The bathroom is updated with dual sinks and amazing glass tile. The condo can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. We have all the beach supplies in the condo for your enjoyment as well as most basic necessities. The main level of the complex has a great heated pool, tennis court, and grill for cooking out. We have lived on Marco Island since 2012, and love to call this island paradise home. Originally we hail from Minnesota, and still go back in the summer to visit family and friends. There is a lot to love about Marco. We enjoy the community, boating, weather, beaches, and laid back atmosphere of the island. We currently have our kids enrolled in the local schools on the island and I am a practicing realtor. I have over 20 years experience in property management and selling real estate in MN and Marco so if you any questions, ask away! I am a Premiere Plus agent on Marco Island.

Wonderful place for a stay on Marco Island! Right across from beach access. Comfortable and nice furniture and beds. Super clean and ready when we arrived. Great places to eat both within walking distance and a short drive. John's instructions and communication was great, and the condo has a couple of beach chairs and a cooler to use - nice touch! We'll be back!

Clean, modern and exactly as pictured. Location, location, location - perfect!

We had an amazing time in Marco. This condo is exactly as pictured and is very clean, modern and has everything you need from the kitchen to the beach. It has a beautiful lanai to sit out on in the morning or evening for breakfast or a cocktail. John the owner was wonderful from start to finish. We would definitely rent this condo again. The location is directly across from the beach access and in walking distance to everything. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone with a small family. Loved it! Thank you John.

We had a wonderful weeks stay in this condo. The location is great.

We enjoyed our week in this condo very much. It is spacious for the two of us. The kitchen was very well stocked and updated. The living area and bedroom and bath were all ver comfortable. The beach chairs came in very handy. The location is just across the street from public beach access. The only disappointment was that the instructions were to keep the AC at 74 or higher. We thought 74 would be just fine but it was not enough to take out the humidity and at night it was a bit warm. If the AC was able to be set where we were comfortable, we would have given the place 5 stars. We enjoyed walks on the beach, reading on the beach and poolside, all the restaurants. And we enjoyed sailing on the Hobbie Cat right off the beach.

One bedroom condo on South Collier, Marco Island

We spent 7 beautiful days on Marco Island and stayed in this very lovely one bedroom condo which was well equipped with full kitchen appliances/cooking pots & pans, dishes, glasses, utensils, toaster, coffee makers, comfortable living room with big screen tv, WiFi, plus a covered porch, swimming pool, tennis court and an outside grill. Great restaurants & grocery/liquor stores were near by and beach access was just across the street. The owner was very friendly and the rental rate was reasonable/market competitive. If our travels bring us back to Marco Island we will most likely rent this condo again! Great location and very clean.

Very nice condo and complex right across from the beach

This condo is in a 56 unit complex right across the street from only one of three public beach access points. That makes it highly desirable, as no need to walk long blocks or drive and park at the public parking near the beach access. The unit has been remodeled and is plenty large for a couple and maybe two kids on the sofa sleeper. It has a large outside lanai that faces the public entrance to the beach at the second floor level. The owner provides two nice beach chairs and umbrella, one small and one large cooler, and two tennis rackets and sleeve of balls. The remodeling was done very well and the unit was exceptionally clean. No bugs were ever seen for our two week stay inside or out. The complex has a very nice and sufficiently large heated pool and very good quality tennis courts. A large char broil outside grill is available and covered and non covered patio dining area between the pool and tennis court. A bike rack is also on property. A very quiet complex and great location for beach access. The complex reality management person is onsite half days and is very helpful for any questions about Marco Island. The office has a large library of donated books to read there or at the beach. All of the people we met at the complex, either living or renting were extremely friendly and made our stay feel like we want to come back. We could not have expected more and highly recommend this unit and complex. The unit owner, John Ball was exceptionally responsive from our initial inquiry to post renting follow up. We were told John did the actual remodeling design and it s was perfect to maximize the available space and it seemed larger than the 800 sf. John was very open to any questions and gave prompt follow up. Excellent owner! One of the best beaches in Florida and Marco is just a beautiful place!

Lucked out!

This property looked nice online but it wasn't until I got there that I was truly impressed. It has a nice updated modern look and feel and it is an amazing location being directly across from the public access walkway. The owner was very responsive and friendly which was nice as well. I loved every minute of my stay and would absolutely return another time. Thanks!
