Great cozy convenient place

This place was great for our stay. It is conveniently located near Pearl Street and was very near our son's house. It was comfortable, clean and well furnished. Exactly as advertised. We would gladly stay here again.

Extremely responsive hosts

Great location, walking distance to everything in downtown Boulder. The yard area was nice to have for our two-year-old to run around in. Parking was easy. Oliver was extremely responsive and helpful to any issues or questions we had.

Comfortable, well equipped place to stay

We were in town for our son's graduation. The place was walking distance to Pearl Street and bus was close by to get us to campus. The basement accommodation was well equipped, spacious and comfortable and was ideal for our short stay. Would definitely book again when we return to Boulder.

I'd return!

"I could live here," was my son's first impression as he looked around after dropping by. Nice kitchen, cozy , and just a short drive to all you need downtown.

The only tiny problem was fixed INSTANTLY after an email. I'd urge you to bear that in mind as we all have different needs and this is a real home, not a plastic motel.

If you are combining vacation and business, think about your work style and communicate with the friendly owner. I didn't and it took a bit for me to hit my stride.

I was very pleased with the eco-friendly approach. It suits my lifestyle and ethics.

Polder in Boulder

Our hosts, Whitney & Oliver provide in their 'sweet garden...' accommodation, literally all one needs for a comfortable and pleasant stay. In our VRBO experience, it offers by far the 'most bang for your buck'. We would recommend it and stay here again.
